One star the place in the mall is racist the worker gave the white customer extra frosting for no extra charge but when I asked she wanted to charge me an extra $1.00. I will not go back!!!!

I usually always come here. I love my experience, but my bun was really dry and crunchy. The young man serving me was extremely quiet. It sounded like he was whispering, or he was scared to talk! He clearly has no Customer Service skills. I also got a mango lemonade refresher, and he filled it to the top with ice. I could barely get my straw through. My Cinnabon was dry like he took the frosting off, but maybe I just slid off and he didn’t care to add it to the bun, but overall, I didn’t have a pleasant experience this time.

Absolutely love this place. The smell definitely makes coming to the mall worth it. Even walking by this place makes you crave the cinnamon buns. The workers are kind and gives your order quickly which is great because this place is PACKED. I've seen it plenty of times be absolutely full. Would highly recommend anyone to try it

Tmobile Tuesday customers beware! Palmdale cinnabon will not honor their promotions. Just tried to redeem for free mini buns & was told they were out just over 1 hour after opening.
