I had a fantastic experience at Cinnabon thanks to Oscar! Not only was the cinnamon bun he prepared absolutely delicious—perfectly warm, soft, and flavorful—but his customer service was outstanding. He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Oscar even took the time to help me sign up for the rewards app, which I really appreciated. It's not every day you meet someone so dedicated and genuinely pleasant. Thanks again, Oscar—you made my day!

Omar gave my family and I great service. He was very attentive and super friendly. There was a bit of a wait as the cinnamon rolls were being made but we didnt mind the wait due to Omars customer service. I highly recommend this place for any one looking for a great sweet treat!! Thank you Omar you deserve a raise!!

One star the place in the mall is racist the worker gave the white customer extra frosting for no extra charge but when I asked she wanted to charge me an extra $1.00. I will not go back!!!!

I usually always come here. I love my experience, but my bun was really dry and crunchy. The young man serving me was extremely quiet. It sounded like he was whispering, or he was scared to talk! He clearly has no Customer Service skills. I also got a mango lemonade refresher, and he filled it to the top with ice. I could barely get my straw through. My Cinnabon was dry like he took the frosting off, but maybe I just slid off and he didn’t care to add it to the bun, but overall, I didn’t have a pleasant experience this time.

A cashier named Jocelyn was very rude and I’ve been here multiple times and never once had a bad experience until today. The Cinnabon wasn’t good at all either, it was definitely one of worst times I’ve had here.
The strawberry shake is fantastic! The Cinnabon warmed is just absolutely delicious ?.
