Customer service was awesome Austin took really great care of me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted

Was already having a bad day when i walk into this place and see an enormous line of customers and an employee was literally flirting with another employee or something because they had been talking for like 5 minutes and only one guy was actually trying to put in effort into finishing these ice creams and then the guy charges me for THREE ice creams when I clearly said TWO. And i said two mediums and this guy gives me one large and one medium AND gives me a bag for literally two ice creams 🤦clearly, the service here is terrible, EXTREMELY sloppy, lazy, and overall terrible so if you want ice cream just go to another place.

Went today April 13 at 9 and these kids didn't pay attention to any of our orders my husband asked for a walnut caramel apple and didn't even get the right one and my daughter didn't even get the ice cream the right way she wanted. All they did is talk during everyone's orders, not only mine, they also needed better management.

Ordered Mud Pie Mojo. With cone cup which was put in the bag without care and broke. Was offered no toppings. Train employees for better customer service.

My experience with the flavors, I really liked the CHEESECAKE FANTASY AND STRAWBERRY BLONDE, those two are super delicious, I recommend them

Today has been the second time where I’ve ordered my usual and I was skimmed.. the new people gotta get the formula right.. what I had got could’ve fit in a “love it” cup and I ordered a “got to have” with extra ingredients. Savannah and Malaysia and the old crew were way better.. thank you

Delicious treats.

I love this little shop of ice cream goodness. They make me the best frozen bananas. I get the candies and caramel apples all the time! BIG fan of mud pie mojo. mMMmmmmmm

Had a waffle ice cream bowl and paid almost $10. Waaay too expensive. Will not be coming here again.
