Terrible prejudice new owner, doesn’t care at all about sanitation or customers . Only a few great workers the rest have strange attitudes while serving ice cream lol. Go to any other location besides this one if you can!

We waited in line a long time. We were helped by a young man who was good. Sorry I didn’t get your name. Another worker seemed out of sorts though. Very bland. I believe her name was Breanna. Customer service by being polite is a must. That’s why I am a community guide. Show courtesy to each customer. Praise the Lord.

We weren't acknowledged or greeted when we approached the counter and the 2 employees were standing infront. The table where we sat down was dirty. The temperature outside was 51° the ceiling fans were on inside. It was uncomfortably cold. Not inviting to sit down and enjoy my ice cream inside.

Went to get icecream for my daughters birthday. Service was really quick which was nice. They were patient while waiting for my daughter to state what she wanted which meant quite a lot. Ended up getting chocolate with cookies and sprinkles.The quality of the food was very good. Rich flavor of the icecream and ingredients tasted great.The store size is a little small and only has a few tables. Decor was simple but bright and inviting, which is standard expectation for all locations.Parking was easy to find, although spots were kind of cramped together. Plus side was that there were many spots available right in the store front.If you are looking for birthday cakes they have plenty of premade options available, in addition to icecream cupcakes, which is pretty unique.Lastly it was very clean/sanitary.

Prices are high and quantity is low. We had to ask them to give us the amount we were paying for. Like most businesses we are finding quality and service is falling short. Next time we'll just buy our own ice cream from the store and make it ourselves.

I'm not sure how, but they some how ruin my ice cream every time. Its gotten to the point I just won't ever go back.
The girls that served us were awesome! Friendly and fun! Excellent ice cream creations! Really enjoyed our visit! And we got a song!

This location regularly closes early. Normally not the type to bother writing reviews, but this one inspired me more than most. Tonight was the third time I visited this location with my family that they were inside hanging out but “closed”. It was right about 9:15pm so a little closer to closing time than I would prefer to go but the store hours say they’re open until 10pm. When my kids ran up to the door eagerly anticipating the ice cream, they were met with a sarcastic pouty face and the hands at the eyes imitating tears. So mean to do to young kids. We left and headed into the Lancaster branch on 10th west. Place was packed and slinging ice cream well into the 10 o’clock hour. Guess we’ll have to start just going to that one instead ??♂️ Such a shame. 50th is right around the corner from us.
