Your self-service machines are too complicated had to use a drive-thru ended up getting food and sauce on my work clothes. And of course no trash can. You should at least make an option to have someone take your order we are not all techies you know

I usually love Del Taco but whoever set the schedule tonight likely lost this location repeat business. Now I know my $35.00 a few times a week won't bankrupt them. Still as the franchisee I'd want to know the employees ignore customers standing at the counter. When an order is messed up they say just scrape it off. Then when we finally got our fries it seemed like the only attempted to cook them but failed miserably.

Last 4 times i went they always mess up my order, they either give me the wrong food or wrong order. The worker taking my orders are either faded or they are focused on a conversation with another worker rather than taking my order. They wrap the burritos good though.

Worst experience & customer service ever!!! Ordered a few #9 BURGER meals along with other things. Got home and the fries were stone cold & no burgers at all. When called, the manager was rude and said you said #9....yeah, the #9 burger box...hes like oh well, thats not my fault, you said #9. When said they should change the ordering board to not confuse orders, the manager said you should be more specific & would not offer to fix the issue at all. I WILL be contacting corporate about his attitude. Will not be returning to this location.

Terrible service went through the drive through ordered free peace chicken tenders and fries number nine special three of them one number four in a water substitute two drinks for a shake got home one tiny burrito 3 fries, 3 big burritos. That we did not order for sixty five dollars

I mean its Del Taco so the food is what you get. But this location always had suoer friendly staff and a fast drive through. They have never messed up my order, even when my kids are being overly particular. Quality spot for a quick cheap bite. Again the food is Del Taco, but the service is always great.

HAIR. HAIR & MORE HAIR. I ordered the #7 burrito and it had not one.. not two.. three.. four.. five.. SIX LONG dark pieces of hair. Are you KIDDING ME.
ALWAYS check your food before you eat it. This is unacceptable and absolutely atrocious. I don’t know how 6 long pieces of hair get into a burrito “accidentally “. Will literally never go back here.

When we first walked in to the front counter, none of the attendees came to the front. They just expected us to use the automated ordering system. When we were ignored for about 2 minutes. We started using the automated system and we were having trouble with it and then somebody walked up. They ended up taking our order for us and were very nice once they actually acknowledged us. The food was good. My only complaint is the fries need to be crispier. They have a problem with serving soggy fries.
