HAIR. HAIR & MORE HAIR. I ordered the #7 burrito and it had not one.. not two.. three.. four.. five.. SIX LONG dark pieces of hair. Are you KIDDING ME.
ALWAYS check your food before you eat it. This is unacceptable and absolutely atrocious. I don’t know how 6 long pieces of hair get into a burrito “accidentally “. Will literally never go back here.

When we first walked in to the front counter, none of the attendees came to the front. They just expected us to use the automated ordering system. When we were ignored for about 2 minutes. We started using the automated system and we were having trouble with it and then somebody walked up. They ended up taking our order for us and were very nice once they actually acknowledged us. The food was good. My only complaint is the fries need to be crispier. They have a problem with serving soggy fries.

It's been a while since I've been here. They are now open 24hours , but if you arrive around 7a.m. and order fries, they will not be fresh. They tell you that they're fresh, but it's obvious that they throw old fries back on the oil and will combine with older fries. This has happened on more than 2 occasions. Always check your bag. Burritos are also made poorly. I'm the only car in line , but my burrito seemed to be folded very poorly and rushed. Will not be returning. They have other del tacos near by thst have better service.

I just walked in to grab a late lunch. When did the kiosks go in? The girl behind the counter said she could not ring me up but would help me with the kiosk. No, I do not do business with companies that eliminate employees like this. I left without food and will never return unless those kiosks go or I can be helped by an employed human being. Del Taco corporate, you have lost a life long customer by eliminating entry level jobs.

Came in late night just got a quick bite was not familiar with the menu. The person I took my order had amazing. Customer service was very patient and answered all my questions. Just had a great experience amazing team and crew. Food was amazing too very fast.
He Was very polite, super professional, and a lot of patients and answered all my questions correctly and friendly. Made my decision easy. Amazing energy for such an early shift made my morning would gladly come again.
Order was great food taste better in a good mood. Everything was there nearly organized. Unfortunately I did not get my servers name, but he did confirm my order and made sure I got everything I needed in a timely manner.
The lady who helped us place our order was patient and knowledgeable. She helped us with a coupon to save on tacos.

They have one person doing drive thru and cashier and if you come inside they completely ignore you. It takes forever to get your food. Tje tables were all dirty.

Went through drive thru today and ordered 2 Del beef burritos. They took my order quickly and waited about 5 minutes to get my order. I was the only one in the drive thru and I don’t mind waiting as long as the food is good. The flavor on the first burrito was good but the temperature of the food was lukewarm at best. When I grabbed the second burrito the temperature felt about the same but the outside of the wrapper was dirty with sauce and cheese. There went my appetite. I didn’t even bother with that second burrito. Appearance is very important. Food needs to be at a certain temperature and please serve clean food that looks clean and ready to eat. Definitely did not get my money’s worth.

I am seeing new faces all the time. I am disappointed that I don't see the happy people. Well, today was bad. I ordered 2 spicey grilled chicken burritos from the 2 for 7. Well I got 2 classic grilled chicken burritos with a cold tortilla. Just change the name to a wrap. I'm tired of your people getting these two mixed up. And why do your portions look like they are getting smaller??? I'm disappointed in my service and I didn't get my reciept. At this point I'm just disappointed in all food service establishments. I'm going to just cook my own food. ?
