The last 3 times I have ordered from this place I have been extremely disappointed. Today I ordered a large double strawberry sprite poppers, 2 caramel cheesecake bites, and a Carna Asada Quesadilla, and boy was it bad, the Drink came with no poppers or straw, the quesadilla was cold, had almost no meat, was cut twice once in the middle and once on the right side, and to top that off, one side had very little to no cheese and the other was loaded with WAYYYY too much cheese. The customer service is okay, but is definitely lacking. I work in food service and this is just unacceptable. This place used to be so good, but now it's a hit or miss. Will my food be great today or will it be cold and half-asked. I shouldn't have to ask myself that question, but I do.

After 3 attempts of trying to get my chips & queso and not receiving it I’m done with this place. It shouldn’t be on the menu if they never have any! Constantly having to complain about it or get a refund for it is ridiculous. They make such a simple order difficult.

This Del Taco has went considerably downhill over the past six months. The only thing left on the menu which i will order are green bean burritos and unsweetened ice tea. Although the green burritos vary in size by nearly 100% from extremely small (4 oz total weight) to over 1/2 lb. (what they used to advertise and a fair size) I ordered i believe four fish tacos a few weeks back, and was surprised to find when i immediately went home to eat them that they were nearly as dry and tough as shoe leather. Unbelievable! Whoever packaged those had no pride whatsoever in what they produced. I complained to corporate who referred the complaint to the store. After a month, i have received no reply. They have my email address. Hopefully, they will do a better job in the future, and earn back the trust of this customer, who long viewed Del Taco as a staple choice.

When this place first opened it was Great but now the quality of all the food is just absolutely terrible. Undercooked, overcooked meat, different size burritos, taco stuffings etc. you always have to ask for napkins or salsa then they shove the food & everything into a small bag. Going to another Del Taco on Avenue L & Avenue I & what a difference in quality & proportions. You would think the owners would have some type of hands on with this chain restaurant.

I ordered 2 salads and nachos on app, arrived to pick up my order, had to wait in parking lot 30 minutes, then when got home no forks in bags. Plus worker handed me my order with least amount of care or joy. I felt like I was an inconvenience to that worker. I like their food her and there but perhaps will try a different location. Thanks anyways.
