I called in my order at 6:42pm on Sunday September 23rd for delivery spoke to Cris and payed by Credit Card. I called Dominos again at 8:00pm and was told just left for delivery. I have 5 Hungry children complaining. so I called back at 9:02pm asked for Manager. Spoke to Manager Ana,right away she started speaking Angry telling me that my order is there for Pick up waiting for me to come get it! I got Angry and told her that it should off been delivered over 2 hrs ago. I asked for her name and the person that took order,she said she doesn't have to give me anything and told me to Calm Down! I let her know that I would be calling Corporate and Complaining.She said I didn't need to do that,that my order will be going out right away. I'm sorry but I Never Ever have been talked down too or Embarrassed. Manager Ana needs to be talked too and Retrained...Bad Maners,Angry Person,Non Caring Attitude.

I love their pizza, hate the staff. Every time I come the person at the cashier hands me less sauce than I pay for, and is rude and dismissive. I take the same route every time I come to pick up my order, there has been 3x in the past 2 months where one of there drivers almost hit me because they are on there phone while driving. I have literally had to scream at one to get off of there phone when they are driving in the parking lot only for nothing to changeš¤¦āāļø

I think the evening manager her name is Nicky. She is a sweetheart. I made a mistake when placing an order online. When I arrived for pick up, the first person was not very helpful. I was about to leave when Nicky came out and said she would make the pizza š. I think she saw that we were hungry. Thank you Nicky! You are a great manager. My recommendation. Nicky for District Manager. We need more kind people like her to train future employees.

Ordered a 10in they said 23mins I'm tracking the person (passed my house went towards the fwy by holiday Inn then posted delivered) that just blew my mind. (Use waze or Google maps )never order from them again. Called and she was rude š
Gave the people the name of the order, said it didnāt exist, gave them the phone number I ordered with, still says my order doesnāt exist, tell them to check the only order they didnāt check because she KNOWS itās not my orderā¦shocker it was my order spent 34 minutes of my life that Iāll never get back. Go to Pizza Hutt š instead.
