Honestly, never had any real issues or wrong orders. Maybe 1 or 2 not as enthusiastic employees but that's about it. The bar is set pretty high with the Dutch Broistas. They're always so friendly and you can tell they do the best they can. I love the many many options you have to really customize your drink. I'll always be Pro-DutchBros.
Quick advice, try to keep conversations to yourself because customers can take it wrong. Reason is I was with my wife and the girl in front try to have a conversation and my wife took it disrespectful and to flirty from her end. Long story short try to avoid conversations while customers are waiting. And honestly it was a lil to strong.
Had a warm caramelizer … it was a little to sweet for my Taste and k like sweet ? also their cups don’t hold the warm for to long . But the ice one now that’s a good one . If prices were just a lil better I’ll come here more often than other coffee
