Very busy. Slow service food preparation took more than 35 minutes to get my order, which was two classic chicken burrito combos.....very disappointing....

It was awful, we drove up to a line in the drive thru. We waited over 15 minutes before I called inside and asked, what was going on. I was told the people that were at the speaker was still ordering. So we continued to wait. Then an employee came out and said they close at 7:00. I told him we have been waiting for over 15 minutes. So we were here before 6:45, and they need to take our order and I was told, sorry but that is not going to happen. He continued to tell me that they have to be out of the building by 7:30 and there are signs at the front of the store that state that. I told him that we are in the drive thru so how were we supposed to see a sign that is in the front of the store. He still refused to take our order. There were 4 cars in line that they refused to serve. To wait over 20 minutes and be turned away was absolutely ridiculous. I asked for the name of the manager and he said he was the manager. I said I wanted his manager information and he told me he would not give that to me. I then asked for the corporate number and again he said no. I asked for his name, he said Jorge. So I guess I'll be getting corps number on my own.. Thank so much Jorge! Worst customer service.

Workers can never tell the difference between red salsa and pico de gallo, two very different things. I always ask for red salsa, even tell them the spicy one so they don’t get confused but still hands me pico de gallo

9:45 am at the restaurant doors are locked for dinning room.
The hours posted are 9:30 am - 10:00 pm. The employees see myself out side and don't open the door for dine-in. They say till 10am
So im leaving going to Tom's diner.
No business for el pollo loco now.

Not sure if I came on the wrong day but none of the female employees seemed willing to help me and kept directing me to the kiosk. Keep in mind the machines don’t accept physical coupons and often fail to scan them correctly. The lady at the front gave me attitude and I had to ask her to please do her job and assist me with my order. It wasn’t until a young gentleman stepped in that I finally received help. Seriously, do they not want to do their jobs? To make matters worse, the chicken I was given wasn’t fully cooked so I had to return it. When it was finally ready, they didn’t even call my number and I had to approach them again to ask for my food. Save yourself the time and frustration and visit another location or restaurant since there are plenty of better options in the area.

Restaurant it's extremely dirty boogers on the wall so many managers and none of them are capable of telling their employees to clean the restaurant. Fountain drinks are limited to drinks, dirty floors,sticky table's etc. I've never been to a pollo loco this dirty. I'll definitely not be coming back. Horrible experience. ** I manage restaurants and what I saw today is unacceptable**

Ugh with this location. Either they forget something, or it’s cold or they are out of it.
they take a ridiculous amount of time to take your order. No joke we waited 30 minutes to get our food. In a drive thru with 3 people ahead of us. Just don’t bother.
