If you value your time do NOT go here. This is the most poorly run business I have ever seen. Maria does NOT have any management skills …it’s a joke. I waited half an hour in the drive thru only to get to the window and the register isn’t working. When I looked inside the window it was chaos. I’ve never seen anything like it ….the workers looked like they didn’t know what to do… it was hard to watch and confusing cuz I’ve not seen anything like it before. I still can’t believe it but I do believe I will never go there again … first and last. Did I mention I didn’t even get my food after all that wait cuz they didn’t know how to work the register. Do Not go here.

I truly don’t know what the issue is with including the dressing for the salad. I have ordered several times and I have this issue constantly and I have to call to ask to get it included and even then they don’t do it. They’re nice but seriously, include the dressing.

I recently returned from El Pollo Loco, and each time I visit this location, there seems to be something missing from my order. If I do not verify my order, I do not receive some Item(s). El Pollo Loco, where is the quality control with people orders and the quality of your food, lacking good food with quality taste.
It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive what we have ordered. Regardless, I realized halfway home that my salad was missing, in my order , so I made the decision to drive back, which added approximately ten minutes to my journey.
I returned to the drive-thru window and informed the attendant that my salad was not included in my order. She inquired about my order, to which I replied that I had ordered a three-piece combo without a drink. I showed her the bag, and then she asked for my receipt. I explained that it was not in the bag, but I had paid using my card.
She expressed her displeasure with with her Heavenly makeup to face scowling face, stating that I should not give her any attitude, despite the fact that, I am not the one who served her.
I was taken back by her behavior It is evident that she is quite rude and should not be working at the service window. As a paying customer, I was met with hostility; she failed to apologize for the inconvenience of me having driving back to El Pollo Loco to pick up a new salad, did not offer any compensation for my troubles, and simply handed me my order missing item before slamming the window shut and walking away. I was left astonished.
I am quite dissatisfied with this particular El Pollo Loco location the food and the service are lacking quality control.

Been going here for over a decade. Food is still great quality. Their pollo bowls used to be the most expensive thing on the menu now they're the cheapest. I don't think they've changed in price. For fast food this is great quality especially for the price.

This place is so god to eat at! The chicken is amazing and always fresh and juicy. The sides are the bomb and i 100% recommend eating here. Place is always clean and service is fast. Not very pricey either! Makes a great spot to eat at when youre hungry.

This place has to be the best chicken place to eat at. Specifically this location, they give out nothing but fresh cooked chicken and the sides are to die for!! Mac and cheese is a must try and the place is always well air conditioned allowing a chill place during the heat. 10/10 I recommend to everyone!
