What a gem of a place. Found this when looking for some good birria tacos. It's a small mom and pop restaurant, good food, clean, very reasonable prices and the birria was super tasty! Will def be back.

It was a sleepy Thursday night along the railroad bike trail when our group of 13 walked in to Figueroa's, where one waitress calls the other "mom" and they treated us like the only people in the restaurant. Then... The food was outstanding! I had a birria taco and the Plato Carnitas, each bursting with their own aromatic flavor and a touch of spice. No alcohol here, but not complaining

I called 15 times on Saturday around noon. No answer every time. I drove to the store and placed my order in person and asked why did you not answer the phone? "We were busy." There were a total of 3 people in the restaurant. The to-go order took 30min. Two burritos.

Very good local restaurant. Would much rather support local businesses than pay for fast food. Much go-to is usually the chicken burrito, always flavorful. The staff is always nice and polite, give this place a try.

Amazing and when I say that it's legit, The food is amazing just like my grandmother's cooking the Guadalajara Mexico style. The food is fresh and nothing like these big restaurant chains here in the A.V. no one could ever match this cooking. The menudo was clean and delicious, the birria is so meaty with no fat, I mean I can keep going but I'd rather y'all go check it out and Thank me later. Gracias por su Rica comida.

Menudo was very delicious, we ordered a small bowl for $10,50 & it was small for the price but I'm very happy with the quality. Next time I will get the big bowl I know it is definitely worth the price. For dessert I ordered "The flan" & it was very delicious . I shall return & recommend this place to those looking for a good bowl of menudo & flan . The salsas they put on the table with the chips is very authentic & a nice variety of flavors.

I had a small menudo & a taco de costillita de puerco en salsa Roja... delicious This little hole in the wall was deceiving... it almost cooodes closed...there is no impressive decor inside ... no fancy parking either but plenty of parking. It's a true hole-in-the-wall, with great dishes. When you are in the mood for a homemade cooked meal, this is your place!!!! Orders your menudos, Birria, or pozole the way you like it!!! Mine...SPYCY $& lots lots of LIMON..
