Firehouse subs are one of my favorite go to sub places. The subs are always on point. The deli meats are warm & the bread is so soft. The staff is always nice to the customers. The subs can be a bit pricey but well worth it.

I’m new in town and recently met the owners, who kindly gave me a couple of free offer cards. I decided to stop by a few nights ago, close to closing, to redeem one. I usually don’t expect great service when visiting a restaurant near closing time, but the service here was top-notch! Hap and Richard, the servers, were exceptional—they went above and beyond to ensure I received a meal I would enjoy. I loved the bowl option! I’ll definitely be back and am looking forward to paying full price!

Dietary restrictions: Was able to substitute bread for a bowl, so instead of a sandwich, I had a big salad. Very yummy!

The food is GREAT. Prices are reasonable. Service is great. There was one problem. I tried to order on line and when I customized a sub I had to select "NO" for Mayo to try and get a sub with no Mayo. I did exactly that (a coworker watched me do it) and then I sent the order it. When it came the sub had mayo, when I checked the receipt it did NOT show the No mayo was selected. There are two ways to correct this on-line. The first is simply add a NOTE page to the order so we can specifically say "No Mayo on this sub" the second is to redo your order format showing ALL default settings for the sub (don't make me select customize to fix it) and then make me select YES to the default settings or uncheck what I do not want before accepting it. The bottom line is we specifically went into this order, customized a sub by selecting NO to mayo and the sub still came with Mayo on it and did not show this selection on the receipt. Poor Rod Hodges got the mayo sub = AGAIN after we did all this work to avoid it. We demand justice! No more mayo assaults! Just kidding.

While I was impressed by the atmosphere and attentiveness of the staff, the food itself was truly amazing. This was my first trip to Firehouse, and I had the Hook and Ladder. It was delicious. My oldest son said, "Either I'm really hungry or this is really good." I laughed and said, "I don't know how hungry you are, but this is really good."

Call this place Firehouse Elementary, because that portion was more for a kindergartner than an adult. The “small” serving isn’t worth it for $8, and really throws you off when you see that the medium costs ~$4 more. You’re better off getting food from your kid’s school. At least you’ll get the experience with the price.

my new favorite sub shop. love everything about this place especially that they have real unsweetened ice tea and real lemons to squeeze into the tea. Of course the subs are great but they also GIVE you pickle spears and i also love the chocolate chip cookies. I was going to go to chipotle which was right across the parking lot but then i saw the firehouse sub place and so glad i went in there instead!
