I had gone in to ask and see if I can get a bag full of fries, was charged for a large fries, I reiterated I wanted to fill the bag and I was told just ok. Money wasn't the issue but the lack of understanding left a sour note for me. As a simple thre large fries would fill a bag would have sufficed for me but I didn't even get that and they are definitely skimping on the extra fries.

The combo makes it affordable. You get those great burgers and fries plus a drink. If you feel like adding on, you can. Don't forget the peanuts!!! They are free. Love the Five Guys near me. It is always clean, you can see them making your food. A really friendly place to seat and eat great burgers and amazing fries. The crew is always friendly, making the orders together. Really good spot to have a burger.

Absolutely love this place! Food is great. Always made extremely fresh. Staff is amazing. Especially Victor!!! He has the best customer service. He went over different food options I’ve never tried. Was extremely welcoming with a positive vibe! You don’t always come by someone who always has a positive attitude with a smile on their face. He definitely made the experience better.

TOO good! Very friendly folks here. It has been several years since I had visited a 5 Guys back East, so I figured I would do the DOUBLE deal as I had years ago. Super tasty and delicious burger and fries? YES! BUT I LEARNED MY LESSON: ONLY singles for me next times I might venture into a 5 Guys. WAY too much, way TOO good - which means my mouth enjoyed eating it all, but I pushed the over-stuffed limit. I know better, but - hey: for old time's sake - it was really good!

It was good until it wasnt.....my mom, my son and I all got sick within a couple hours of eating. Have not been in a couple years. Couldn't believe it cost over $60 for 3 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks.......
Today I dined in and ordered there classic combo which is a good deal. There burgers are always delicious and the Cajun fries are soo good. The employees are very nice and helpful. Thank you!

It's a Five Guys. Great burgers. A bit pricey. The staff are really nice, greet you, smile and are courteous. Don't forget the heaps of fries!

Today was my first time ever visit to Five Guys and it wasn’t disappointing. I was acknowledged and greeted right away while I was still entering through the door (I like that!). Young lady that was taking my order literally made my day. Knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Considering diminished excellence of customer service in Palmdale, she was a real gem. And if management read these reviews, I suggest she should be employee of the month. Unfortunately they didn’t disclose the name, but she is the most joyful there, young lady in glasses. The little bacon hamburger was tasty and fries were one of the best fries I ever ate. They are little pricey, but they taste so good! I usually don’t eat at fast food places, but this is the place where I would go next time I have craving for hamburger and fries. Highly recommend this Five Guys location.
