Today was my first time ever visit to Five Guys and it wasn’t disappointing. I was acknowledged and greeted right away while I was still entering through the door (I like that!). Young lady that was taking my order literally made my day. Knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Considering diminished excellence of customer service in Palmdale, she was a real gem. And if management read these reviews, I suggest she should be employee of the month. Unfortunately they didn’t disclose the name, but she is the most joyful there, young lady in glasses. The little bacon hamburger was tasty and fries were one of the best fries I ever ate. They are little pricey, but they taste so good! I usually don’t eat at fast food places, but this is the place where I would go next time I have craving for hamburger and fries. Highly recommend this Five Guys location.

What can I say it's Five Guys the most awesome burger and fries you can get! Sure it's expensive but the goodness you get in the takeout bag is worth it. Glad in these days of shrinkflation that the burgers are still the same and extra fries in the bag. No matter where you go even overseas in the UK it's the same great food. Good job and you'll enjoy the meal here.

First of all when I opened the door Alma greeted me immediately. When we walked into the restaurant we could see that it is super clean which is awesome. I ordered the Bacon Cheese Burger and my wife got a regular cheeseburger. As we sat and waited I watched as the food was prepared with great care. When it arrived I was not disappointed. I cannot remember having a better burger. My wife said that we can only come here for burgers from now on. I can't lie. That is good with me.
THE COST HAS GOTTEN OUTRAGEOUS! $13 FOR A CHEESEBURGER BY ITSELF.

Ordered $15 burger and all the items I ordered were not on there. But it was so greasy. It taste like that place is getting to close down. I through it away. Fries were dead, soiled in grease. So I will not be Patronizing this place again.
