Posting for my elderly parens. They got really bad customer service from an Asian man there. He was unnecessarily rude. They ended up walking out mid-service, it was that bad. My parents are not problematic a all. They just wanted their bread.

Disrespectful staffing here. my mother speaks spanish and came in wanting to get a cake for both me and my sister with specific instruction to make the frosting one side pink and one side blue enough to be able to communicate with even a child and yet they completely dismissed her wishes. We’ve been coming here for years and this is the 2nd year they do this. Fix your attitudes

Bought a $100 cake from this bakery cake was good but there was a Facial Hair inside the cake like it was baked in between it my daughter took a bite into her slice and saw the hair she vomited after .went to show the bakery the slice with the hair and only offered the refund me $5 back .smh poor customer service .

I went to go get an estimate to see if they do gender reveal cakes, whoever was there at the time was straight up rude, didn't even try to hear out how I wanted the cake, plus when you enter it's all dusty and not well clean so who knows how they cook back there ??♀️

Delicious Fresh Cakes! ? Not like ANY store bought cake, it's better. No extra, unnecessary sweetness or frosting. So if you like artificial flavoring, extra sugar and fondont, I don't recommend it here.You can taste the freshness, and it's what keeps me coming back for everyone's cake. Not many options as far as flavored cakes but they've perfected their own, so why mess with it? A bit pricey, but well worth it. Usually have to order at least 2 days before pick up.

Love the almonds reminds me of the cakes my parents got me when I was small in the 80's. Price is reasonable. If you pay with a visa, one of the few places that care about checking ID protecting your identity. Will buy from here next time .
