I had the chicken shawarma entree with a side of falafel, and it was fantastic. The falafel and sauce combination was especially exquisite; arguably the best I've had. I also loved the inclusion of the grilled pepper; nice touch, and it definitely gave the meal added dimension (and a sizeable kick!).

The gentleman that waited on us was not the friendliest and didn't have much of a sense of humor but the food was absolutely fabulous. We will definitely return and you get quite a bit of food. I got the beef schwarma and it was so tasty and delicious I would definitely get it again. Skip the canned soda which costs 1.99 per can which is ridiculous but still I'd return for the yummy food.

I enjoyed a light lunch of grilled mushrooms, peppers and onions over hummus, while my husband tried another style dish with beef.Another nice thing was the music. So many restaurants have lousy music they play for their staff in the kitchen. Not here. It was smooth quiet jazz. Pleasing to the ear and the palate.Kudos Fresh Mediterranean Cafe!

Nothing special baklava tasted like perfume and was made like 3 days ago. Definitely was upset about it not being fresh. I’m used to them being made daily . Hummus was decent I did enjoy but the peta bread wasn’t the best. My friend got the falafel sandwich & wasn’t satisfied .

Thank goodness they're open. Love the freshness of their food. Called to make a pickup order. Chef/owner was so polite. Got my monies worth when I picked up our food. DELISH!!!!!! Will come again especially with their safe food prep practices & social distance accommodation. You can literally see the kitchen from the to go counter. Very clean & the chef washes his hands between dishes & is so proper. If you like Mediterranean food, try this place!!!!

Love this food! The kabobs are so tasty and tender with grilled tomatoes. The hummus is smooth and far superior than store bought. My husband loves, loves, loves the ground beef dolma. I really like the flavor of the garlic paste and yogurt and cucumber. Simon really is a great cook!

This is my go to place for great Mediterranean food for my family and I in the AV. I always order for pick-up and I've never had an issue. The food is always fresh and hot when I get home. We eat everything on the plate. Nothing goes to waste. I've tried several other places over the years but nothing compares to this location.

And today (Valentines day lunch) there was just the owner working...greeting people, bringing beverages, taking phone orders, taking dine-in customer orders AND cooking and delivering food!

Fresh tasting food! I had the fluffiest white rice. The most tender chicken kabob! The salad was so good! Loved the cilantro in it! The pita bread was to die for! Needless to say, I LOVED my food here at the Fresh Mediterranean Cafe! The price was also reasonable. I'll be returning soon!

I have traveled all over the world during my life time and when I return home I look for authentic restaurants serving the type of ethnic food I became accustomed to while I was abroad - however most restaurants have found that "Americanizing" their menu brought in more customers, but not this one twice. The Fresh Mediterranean Cafe in in Palmdale was "Spot On." It is now on my favorites list. If you like Mediterranean you will become a return customer. You won't be disappointed.

This is my husband's favorite Mediterranean restaurant. I just went with him for the first time tonight and I have to say that I agree! The tabouli is the best I've ever had in my life... Very bright and fresh! I have a Gyro plate and it was heavenly. Very thinly sliced, and perfectly spaced, everything nice.. sorry can't help that. Salad, hummus everything fresh fresh fresh just like the name says Simon is very attentive and should be proud of his craftsmanship..
