it's usually very good and fast service but not tonight. waiting a long time and everyone just walks by and ignores you. they say they're "working on my order" but I know it"s been sitting over there waiting to be bagged! it's busy in here but this is ridiculous. it's been an hour. 3 dinner boxes.
Everything we ordered was delicious!!
I visited tonight and had the worst experience ever!
I ordered the tiger roll which should have come with warm shrimp tempura and at first bite the tempura was not only cold but it was still frozen Leading me to believe that the food must not be as fresh as I thought.
I asked my waitress to return the roll and have it removed from my bill which they declined to do stating that I had eaten some of it!!
