Great service. Fresh cuts of fish and generous portions. Rolls are excellent, as are the chicken and beef teriyaki. bowls. Good selection of appetizers This is the best sushi place in AV. Come give this place a try. You won't be disappointed

Been going here for many years .. it’s sad and depressing to post this bad review because it’s not the first time this happened .. i called at 3:50 pm to order for pick up and the lady told me it’s going to be a wait like 30-40 min! I agreed because this was the closest sushi place and I didn’t want to drive further.. so I was told they will call me when the food was ready . After 45 min I called and the famous answering machine call pls call back they were on a call came again .. so I called 3 more times and more answering service came on.. I decided to drive to the restaurant and I tried one more time and my call finally went through. I talked to a gentleman and he said my food was ready on the table!!!! So I immediately got furious because they didn’t call like they said they were going too! I went in the restaurant and they were not tht busy I see many empty tables .. I talked to the supervisor and she wasn’t even friendly nor smiled as I came in .. as I was talking to her she was dry and quite frankly had the don’t give a shit face! I told them this was unacceptable having my food and probably others sitting on the table for a while and not calling the customer to pick up! I mentioned they’re phone system was outdated too! They need a better solution to have better customer service for there customers rather to be told on a answering machine call back later! Again she had more excuses cuz they were busy and I told her u are holding a cordless phone and u still can’t call your customers back at a timely basis!!! Seriously I finally got my food from my order at 3:50 pm to paying at 5:10 pm!!! Horrible experience!!! I will never go this establishment again,,, there’s Kraze sushi and new sushi restaurant coming by Palmdale target in 10 th street! Lastly, this is not the first time this happened and their terrible answering phone system to call back and not having a live person picking up at a food establishment is really an inconvenience.. I did ask the supervisor there to pls have the owner name Justin call me back so he is aware his workers there are lazy and not attentive to his business !!! I’m sure he doesn’t care and will not even call !! But I’m fine with tht because I am never coming back here and give my business to Gold fish!

I would highly recommend goldfish with they always have the freshest fish. The staff and workers are so helpful and nice. I recently had an event there and they treated us with the best service possible. I would highly recommend the albacore delight role. It is extremely delicious and comes with fried onions.

Always have a wonderful time at goldfish! Been coming here for 10 years and even though I've moved away, every visit we stop in and get our favorites. A chef special (not on the menu) that we love is the sensation roll. Always made wonderfully and as good as the day it was created.

I wanted to share feedback about my recent experience at your restaurant.

My calls to order always went unanswered, which required me to come to the restaurant to order in person. And I always notice several issues every time, I see no chances and decided to share my feedback.

The staff seemed impatient and inattentive. Horrible customer service. Like today my food was ready but remained unwrapped for a considerable time while staff attended to other tasks and nobody cared to wrap it.
Eventually after about a while waiting, I was forced to ask the hostess that my order was ready , just needed to be wrapped. She was counting a lot of money and she wrapped up my food and touched the utensils with unwashed hands immediately after handling a lot of money. So disgusting 🤮
These concerns—particularly the lack of attention to customer service and basic hygiene—left me disappointed. I believe these are areas that could greatly benefit from additional staff training and practice basic hygiene.
