Love, love, love! Their customer service is everything :) The women who helped me out today was so kind. Definitely won over a new customer . Not only was she very knowledgeable about the drink but she also made my mother and I the best pumpkin tea I’ve tasted. Dare I say this is the best boba in the AV.

My favvvvvvvvvve Boba place ever! Theres this super cool alt guy who always has alt bangers playing and I specifically come to enjoy while I wait! Theres never a bad drink in my opinion and the vibes are GREAT!!

Much better than Boba Time, especially if you have health concerns like high blood sugar. The boba here is excellent—flavorful but not overly sweet—and you can adjust the sweetness level to your preference. It feels like a much healthier option compared to other spots in Palmdale. They even offer a new plant-based creamer, which is a great alternative to regular whole milk in their drinks.
On top of that, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Anthony, in particular, was very kind and helpful, which made the experience even better.

It's good boba and they offer grass jelly. However, their service is very slow because they only have one person working. They get a lot of online orders so it slows everything down.

Will never come back ! We came here on Friday afternoon around 5 the girl working was so rude ! She stated there was no more Thai tea ? Didn’t even recommend another drink or another option She seemed upset Beacuse we didn’t want to order on the kiosk Beacuse we were paying cash ? She seemed like she was in a bad mood ? And annoyed ! The owner needs to have a talk with this employee? Beacuse this is not ok ?my kids were sad and we were forced to leave .

GongCha in Palmdale is amazing! The drinks are super tasty, and the boba has the perfect texture. I loved how quick and easy it was to order from their machine, and the service was really fast. Highly recommend checking this spot out for your boba fix
I love the drinks! But can you please bring the Pumpkin tea back? It's been since October started that I was told the seasonal drink was sold out and wouldn't come back until next year. The season just started. I feel a bit cheated considering that Gong Cha promotes the drink at all stores and it's so good. Please bring keep the seasonal drinks for the entire season, please.

Picked up some drinks to receive the FFXIV mount. It was a very long wait, like over an hour, but I'm not surprised especially because there were other fellow nerds. It was well worth it and the drinks were soooooooooo good. We will definitely be coming back.
