Best Ice Cream in the AV! I’ve been here the majority of my life, and can say that proudly.
One of the cleanest food places I’ve worked at, and the product is actually pretty top notch. Ice cream made in store.

Really wonderful place to work as well. As an actor, I needed a job that I knew I would enjoy doing, as I have a passion for hospitality. In addition, I needed the flexibility to pursue my other passions and I found it here.

From management to staff, there is a culture of excellence in hospitality, not to mention a fun atmosphere to work! I mean it’s ice cream…lol
If you enjoy customer service, or producing quality products, this might be the job for you!

I see a LOT of people here, lined up to get ice cream. This has to be one of the LEAST BEST ice cream places I've eaten at.
I tested it out and got simple vanilla. It's average. A 2 out of 10.
I'd much rather have Baskin & Robbins or Cold Stones over this place.
The wrapper on the 'cone' that I got was stuck on both my wife & I's cone. Poor taste. I wanted to eat all of my ice cream, not 3/4's of it.
My recommendation, DON'T go here! Go to ANY other ice cream place.

Fantastic ice cream shop. Quick service and the quality of the ice cream was amazing. I never had regular ice cream almost as soft as soft serve ice cream.

The line seems long but they are fast! Staff is knowledgeable. GET THE SPOUSE LIKE A HOUSE! vanilla ice cream with chocolate covered pretzels and peanutbutter swirl. Salty and sweet! Amazing! We will be coming here more and more!

icecream shop is hands down the best icecream I have ever had! Not only is the icecream amazing but the service is stellar. The workers are kind, friendly and beyond knowledgeable. They gave me so many options after I told them what I usually enjoy. This company does so much for the community such as fundraising, donations etc. This store is really bringing the AV people together and creating a space that is family friendly! The combination of delicious ice cream, great customer service, and community involvement really sets it apart. Thank you Handels

For the one year it was nice but they pick and choose who gets free ice cream. I was in line before the 200 people ended and I didn’t receive a free ice cream cup. People behind me did when I was already told the 200 people had came.

The ice cream is delicious but the workers are rude at times. I always buy ice cream and when I tip they fill up the quart to the top and when I don't tip they leave a couple scoops out. Very stingy workers that give you more or less for a $1. (HAPPENED MORE THAN 10 TIMES)
The last time I went the girl was mad because I didn't tip. TIPPING IS OPTIONAL AND YOU SHOULD NOT RIP ME OFF WHEN I DONT TIP.

I don't understand what's the big deal is. I don't like eating ice cream where there is no tables. You have to order outside and walk with your ice cream dripping in your hand. Hate it. I would not recommend this place

My family loved this place, this was our first! I had a mid dish with one scoop of banana cream pie(amazing) and one scoop chocolate peanut butter brownie (also amazing). We all loved our ice cream and will return every time we come to town!

Tried it for the 1st time on Saturday and it was delicious I went back sunday with the kids we got the sampler,the shake and coffee ice cream and it was all delicious this is our new ice cream spot for sure.

Oh man what can I say the Ice Cream at Handel's is the best!!!! The quality and portion size is what I would expect and it was really good. So many flavors to choose from so even the most picky person should find something here. Top pick in my book!
