The worst Jack in the box, employees are rude made me go pick up my food on the side came out with no sauce, napkins when I asked politely she said yes rolled her eyes went inside came out with one ranch no sauce gave me attitude than asked me to pay for another ranch. I’ve never been charged for 1 extra ranch at any other ranch. The drive thru is for a reason I had to get out to get out of my car to go get sauce and napkins while my toddler is in the car. And the three women working that day were terrible as if they were busy there was no cars and no one inside. Will not return to this one again

I've done many reviews on several businesses and I must say that this will be one of the worst. 2nd visit to this particular location and as I approach the register there is nobody there and at least 5 employees just standing around. 8am in the morning on a Monday I should not have to wait nearly 3 minutes utes before someone takes my order and then an additional 9 minutes before its done. I only ordered 1 breakfast meal. The woman working the drive thru was doing her job, but other than that these employees, including the manager have no business working in customer service. This is a very bad representation for Jack in the Box and after 2 visits to this place I know this is basically how customers are treated. I watched a customer wait at the register for at least 2 minutes and just decided to leave because nobody bothered to take his order or even acknowledge that he would be helped shortly. This is totally unacceptable Jack in the Box and you need to make immediate changes if you value your paying customers.

Visited this location on sunday in the morning a few minutes before 4 and had cones already in the drive thru. I thought jack was 24 hours? Highly disappointed.
Food was thrown together like a child made it even though it’s 7am. Terrible breakfast with minimal effort and high prices. Shut this place down and close would not recommend
