Over the past few months this place has been pretty good. But today I had the worst burger in my life. I ordered a #2, but I think they gave me the ultimate cheeseburger... it was missing tomato, lettuce, pickles. The meat patties were dry, like made yesterday dry. It was disgusting. I threw most of it in the trash. I'm tired of paying $15 for a combo these days, only to toss in the garbage.

Placed an order yesterday through the drive through, one of the things I had ordered was a Homestyle ranch chicken sandwich. Got home & before I ate it I checked through the entire sandwich and in-between the lettuce.. there was a stem of a bird FEATHER. I use to love this new Jack in the box, it’s been my go-to spot since it opened. NOT anymore. This is extremely UNSAFE & UNSANITARY. My husband and two children were about to dig into their food when I told them to not eat it, I took all the food back & thankfully got a full refund. This is too bad because this is my FAVORITE sandwich, but I will have to give it up. This is NOT ok. We will never eat here ever again.

Brian—if that’s even his real name, since he wasn’t wearing the required name tag—refused to provide the GM's contact information when I requested it to file a legitimate complaint. Instead, he escalated the situation by threatening to call the police on me simply for being a passenger in a vehicle. To make matters even worse, he made offensive and derogatory remarks about me personally. This level of unprofessionalism is absolutely appalling and reflects extremely poorly on this establishment and its management. I can not stress enough how poorly run and unprofessional this place is—avoid it at all costs.
Update: An individual, whom I can only presume to be Brian, contacted me using their personal phone number with the apparent intent to harass me. This conduct is entirely unacceptable and constitutes a clear violation of acceptable standards of behavior. I will not tolerate such actions and will take all appropriate steps, including legal action, to address this matter.

Wouldn't honor deals on app because there app orders system is down. Despite knowing the deals they said they couldn't justify it.

RIDICULOUS PRICES... as of 9/15/2024 went and got breakfast (2) sausage and egg crusant, and while eating it heard and tasted crunching. It had to be eggshells. SMH!! ?

So we ordered a pretty large order the restaurant missed a few items , when we tried to talk to the manager Brian basically told us that the order was correct , we tried to advise again , he hesitantly made it right after my husband talked to him , we then asked for his last name refused , we asked for restaurant manager , he advised Sonia asked last name say he didn’t know , this was a terrible situation, will no longer be back , and over what 2 orders of fries , so unprofessional
