This is my neighborhood Jamba, never had an issue. Ordered over$ 30 worth of waffle bowls and smoothie. Waffle bowls that were made tonight were gross, usually they are very good. Employees should be consistent in there ingredients when making an order. Never ordering online again!

Slow discriminatory group of employees. Didn't even acknowledge me. Skipped me even though I was already there. They'll only help you if you're the same ethnicity as those working there

Nice place fun staff. Friendly. Last visit they had my order done super fast. We were the only people in at the time so that helped.
if there was an option for no starts i would put it i bought at least $30 worth of food i had a $50 bill that the cashier clearly had change for and they canot accept because they dont accept large bills? i am disgusted at the treatment i received on 6/25/2024 at 3pm whoever the manager was needs to fire the cashier and whoever is on the shift they made me late to work just because they themselves cant get change or are too lazy to get. and yes i will be reporting to the better business bureau

John Hernandez was very rude and made a racist slur to a person in my group. I was shocked and asked him for his manager. He said he is the manager. Jamba Juice needs to do better than employ someone who doesn’t care about the customer experience.
