This is my all-time favorite restaurant! Jersey Mike sandwiches are always delicious and I genuinely appreciate the staff recommendations for new ones to try (the Club Sub is still my personal favorite!). One reason I enjoy visiting this location in particular is due to the great service of Alexa! She is very friendly and helpful when you have questions. Although it is often incredibly busy in the store, she always manages to get my order out quickly and it is always exactly how I wanted it!

This was my first time eating here, and I loved my sandwich. Because the cheese and meat is sliced to order, the entire sandwich is light and airy. My children enjoyed their meals also.

I as very displeased with the service today. The young lady was rude because she was busy talking and not paying attention. She didn’t ask what kind of bread, so the next person cut up the meat to make a salad. She said if I wanted a sandwich I should had told her the type of bread I wanted. The gentleman behind me was faced with the same service. He told her the order 3x. My point was, she’s the employee, I said I wanted a two sandwiches. They’re sandwiches, the next question could have been what kind of bread. But it was her not taking responsibility, being condescending, and rude. Guess I’ll be headed to another establishment.

Super slow and the employees are always horsing around 🙄. Nobody welcomes you service was very bad. I've been there 3x in two weeks and it's been really slow service with 2 customers 😑

Although the food is reliably good Jersey, Mike's does not honor offers from GrubHub +. Unfortunately, their responses are scripted and well rehearsed. Stephanie will cheerfully find every conceivable reason to turn you away. Very disappointed. This was an excellent establishment and as stated reliably quality food.

The dude on the slicer had me waiting 25 minutes for a mini sub. Decided to make a bunch of online orders instead of mine. He also skimped out on the meat. I should’ve just gone to chipotle
