When they first opened their sandwiches were great, but as time goes on they keep getting worse and worse. Ordered door dash and asked for extra mayo, and got none that was visible on the sandwich. There was how ever so much vinager I couldn't eat it. When I called to let them know what I got was a lesson in how they make their sandwiches. Great customer service not.

Hadn't been to a Jersey Mike's in many years, and can say this particular one did not disappoint. All of the employees, (there were 3 males) were super nice and polite! They worked fast and efficiently, and the restaurant was clean. Will definitely be going back soon.

Disgusting I watched employee fix her apron with gloves and then make sandwich. They don't have any variety on American cheese. Sandwich was bland messy put tons of mayonnaise on it just awful. I will drive the extra mile and go to Firehouse subs. No good hot sub sandwich.

My child ordered a steak sandwich, but they made it cold. The steak was from the fridge, which was icy. I politely asked if they could heat it up, but they refused, saying that the menu indicated it was a cold sandwich. They were rude and seemed ready to fight. I don't know if they serve dogs there too, but for normal people, it was impossible to eat icy meat with bread.

They cant toast your sandwhich. # 8 mikes way it’s good but the costumer service is bad! You must shout at the employees they do not hear you most of the time. Awful service, I had 78 cents I need 2 more cents for 80 cents she took my dollar for 2 penny’s that I didn’t have.

I love Jersey Mike's beacuse they are usually generous with the meat portion unlike Subway but today was a different story. You'd think the guy was paying for the meat himself. Super stingy! All bread and hardly any meat at all He was talking the entire time too. Very disappointing.
Locks doors ten minutes early. Usually has great everything but don't come last 15 apparently

This has basically become my sandwich place. Service is alright. Seems pretty chill and the foods alright. I tend to get the Super Sub. I’ve gotten the cheese steak which was better than I expected but a bit too much jalapeño for me. Still would recommend.

The place seems very clean and the staff were very polite but as I was distracted and didn’t notice right away, the employee must have accidentally charged me for an extra sandwich that I didn’t order!
