Outstanding sashimi with ample cuts and umami laden. The simple salmon roll is anything but. It actually carries a complex flavor profile. Service is mediocre and could be more focused and warmer. The lovely ladies seem to vanish on opportune moments. Decent ambiance.
This is probably the best sushi spot in the AV. It's always perfect when the older gentleman (I believe the owner) is on the prep line. Great serving sizes, seating is limited so I'd recommend party sizes of 2-4.
