To all your employees working 5/3/24. Management needs to find out why the shop smelled burnt. Chocolate glaze on doughnuts made my family sick, we have 10 left we can not eat. Can not get the charred taste out of our system. Not funny to serve damaged food to your customers. Worst experience I have ever had! Been through the drive thru and tried to order donuts off their menu and everything I kept picking response was “ we are out of that one” I mean 4 and 5 choices in a row and it was only 10:30am?!
