What an experience I had here!! I popped in after an exhausting day shopping and really wasn't expecting a whole lot but was blown away by it all love the donuts on display! Nice touch guys and a community bulletin board sweet the hot light was on never knew about that so my doughnuts were served to me warm! So excellent and was waited on by a wonderful assistant Sophia Truly a gem to the business not just by me but stood back observing her with incoming guests If I had any power like owner I'd give her a promotion or a raise right on the spot! Highly recommend to my fine folks out there!

Overall worker killed the whole experience on “too good to go” was very sad and miserable coming into the store. Not one “thank you or your welcome” not even a “ have a great day” overall food is good but environment is horrible with miserable lifeless workers.

The sign in the window says 'Hot Glazed Donuts' but that's false advertising. I ordered a 3 pack and NONE of them were warm, all were cold. I wish I knew before ordering or else I wouldn't have wasted my $ here.

Yesterday morning I went in with a taste for the pumpkin spice cake donut to be told by a worker they didn't make any this morning. There were labels in the display for donuts that were either not there or or donuts in its place. I end up purchasing a maple donut and a chocolate creme filled donut which the chocolate donut was stale. I didn't expect that treatment from Krispy Kreme.

This place is always clean and inviting. And 9.5 times out of 10, everything is exceptional. Today was an 11/10 and if I could give 6 stars, I would. The taller blonde service worker up front was extremely kind and made the experience even better than usual for me and mini me. We dont get to stop in often because we live out of town, but always make it a point to stop in. Thank you!

Office they order at 8:53pm closing time says 10pm. They said they were no longer serving iced coffee because they clean early? Doughnuts were cold as well. Very upsetting.

At 8:00 a.m. they were out of almost everything. Had the sign on and did not offer a hot fresh donut. Rude staff. Will not return!

Had placed an online order and was canceled without any call or notification or even to replace order with other products available. When I called the store I was given the same story by an employee and manager Paul that it's not on them and put all blame on delivery party. Paul even had the audacity to tell me he had nothing to do with it and seemed to not care. Very unprofessional.

To anyone buying the fabled Harry Potter doughnuts make sure to check your boxes! Yesterday I bought 2 dozen of the Hogwarts Houses doughnuts from the drive thru only to learn too late that instead of getting 24 Hogwarts House doughnuts that they only gave me 16. The remaining 8 were glazed and they still charged me full price. Don't get scammed!
