customer service was good, however it’s hot inside the place… not sure why they don’t have it cool in there. I ordered thai milk tea, i won’t be ordering that again. if you are a thai tea fan… don’t do it… does not taste as good! smh 🤦♀️ i wasted $6

Last visit was bad. Waited to get my order in and then they gave me a medium instead of a large. The attendant said Oh I charged you for a medium. If you want I can make you a large. I looked at my receipt and said sorry no I did buy a large. They said sorry and made me the drink in a large and I had to wait double the time to get my drink. A bit rude at that. but usually they have good service. Sometimes the boba can taste old and stale but last drink had good boba.

had a matcha with boba at kung fu tea and it was fantastic, creamiest matcha with the right amount of chewy boba. The guy at the register was super friendly and welcoming :) i’ll definitely be back for more!

I tried this spot today with my husband and kids it was our first time and the staff was extremely friendly she said her name was Kat she was super helpful she assist me with caffeine free drink for my kids as that slipped my mind she was very fast we played board games I would rate this spot five stars but the heat inside was overwhelming

First time here!!! And we absolutely loved it. We ordered the Taro Slush, Mango Slush and Piña Colada all with Boba!! And they were so delicious. Our new Boba Spot, And Good Customer Service Kate was the sweetest and recommended all these drinks.
