Be careful with the overpriced they have a old lady there charging to much

Decided to try this place and order my regular. Hot Cheetos and cheese. Got home begin eating and noticed hot Cheetos were old and stale. Chewy like. I called and very politely asked if I can come back and just exhange them and she just hung up in my face. It’s fine I just decided to leave a review of my experience, there are so many more michoacana’s out here I just won’t return, I will go somewhere where they serve fresh food and don’t speak in they’re language and talk about you because mi habla espanol. There a great location on Palmdale blvd.

Honestly, I don’t know if it’s just us, but I cannot stand this store. We came here because our friends told us that this was the better michoacana in the area. It took two visits for me to absolutely hate this location. The señoras don’t greet you, they huddle to gossip and are just very unpleasant.
Perhaps I’m old fashioned. I still believe in greeting people, taking time and helping, but it feels like every place (in the antelope valley) does not care anymore. Everyone is busy gossiping and just self involved it feels like that’s their job and we only come in to disrupt them. If anyone knows of any locations where they sell corn paletas I would appreciate it because I will not go back to this location .

First time being here and couldn't find an actual menu. Lady who was first serving us had a bad attitude and just pointed to a table when we asked about the menu. Second lady was much more friendly and more helpful. Based off the first lady, we would not return or recommend this place between her attitude and the higher prices, but the second lady would make it a good place to go and get a specialty ice cream. Our items were very delicious and we even bought some of the popsicles to go home with us. If we hadn't encountered the first lady, I would have given this a 5 star review as she was the only issue we had.

Overpriced. The scoops are tiny. They don't even fill the little cups and they charge $7. It sucks because the ice cream tastes really good.

Man has these prices gone way up! The staff is always nice but sheesh. Probably my last time coming to this location simply based on the price gouging. Online says it’s 8.50 for a small…. In-store they only have pricing for “bundles”… Idk. Something seems wrong here.

Extremely rude service! All the women employees are the worse! My family and I are very loyal clients, but today was definitely the last time we ever come. Cashier was so rude!

This is the worst michoacana in the AV. Worst customer service . Last time I was charged twice . I went today I ordered paletas for $3.00 each paid $12. And I was missing one from my bag. Sneaky cashiers. Will never come back to this one

Today May 1 Wednesday Customer service is getting really bad three woman there not attending correct just giving attitude towards us customers?? customer service the 3 women do not serve well very badly nor do they feel like buying I hope this does not happen again
