La Michoacana Ice Cream Parlor

Terrible customer service. Arrived 30 minutes before closing and worker (ribbon in her hair) refused to sell us items that required any effort to make. Her co-worker proceeds to make the same items they refused to sell us for the family behind us. Come prepared to deal with rude and lazy workers.

Not a good experience in this store with my family

Everything fine

Everything is good, the bad thing about this place and it's getting worse is that it's getting more expensive and less prepared, that's the least of it. The worst thing is that when you order a product that would come in a glass, they charge you for the glass :) It's funny that like that outside in all places you would have to bring your own container :)

I buy Mangoniadas a lot there, I buy them to take away, but in the one I bought today, the mango pieces were decomposed and tasted bad, I hope next time they won't be like that

I went in for their nachos with hot Cheetos flake and it was the best 10/10 I recommend! Best michoacana thus far!

The ladies that made my food were extremely nice and made their best efforts to make us have a good experience . 10/10, I’d go again!

They don't have enough staff, the two women who are there are balling up ?

Terrible service, I ordered through DoorDash some strawberries with cream and two bionics with snow, they charged me for them and they did not send them complete without snow, I called to complain and they did not want to give a refund for THEIR error, then they said they were going to send the missing amount and they never sent it .

Im so grossed out. That's why I never come to this one. I went to get 2 drinks . And there was ice stuck on the side of the fruit water container and the lady that was helping me starts scraping it off with her nails while she is serving me a drink . She stuck her hand in there . It was so nasty. She never washed her hands or wore gloves . So unsanitary.

The lady at the register was so rude. There is better ways to treat a customer. All i needed was a bag for my 7 items i bought that apparently she wanted to juggle to my car and she started arguing with me in front of other customers. They need personal with a better

First time and last time I go to that place, the girl who served us was very rude, I bought a lollipop because she didn't even let me think what I wanted, it was my first time so I have no idea, and she was very rude, to the owners please when Hire staff, train them for customer service, it's really horrible!!!! And there are so many young people out there who want to work, and have good manners and education.
