The lady at the register was so rude. There is better ways to treat a customer. All i needed was a bag for my 7 items i bought that apparently she wanted to juggle to my car and she started arguing with me in front of other customers. They need personal with a better

First time and last time I go to that place, the girl who served us was very rude, I bought a lollipop because she didn't even let me think what I wanted, it was my first time so I have no idea, and she was very rude, to the owners please when Hire staff, train them for customer service, it's really horrible!!!! And there are so many young people out there who want to work, and have good manners and education.

Today, I went into La michoacana with my kids to buy ice cream and witness. i think it was the manager she was being very rude and disrespectful to her employees this isn't the first time I've been there and seen how rude this lady is towards costumers I don't understand how she's still working there where is her superior to complain to him/her. I hope one day this woman gets sued by the way she treats her employees and costumes l. The employee who helped me was very embarrassed after being humiliated in front of customers but still gave me good customer service. I felt so bad that I asked the girl if she was ok she responded with yes, "I'm ok. I hope this lady either gets fired or trained in customer service. Because she sure sucks at it.. please, other customers, write down your horrible experiences with this lady. Oh, by the way, why is an ice cream store so freakin hot in there get your ac fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly this has been the most unpleasant visit to La michoacana we had ordered a biónico and the girl the helped us didn't even put the toppings on if we had to ask her!! She wasn't even friendly. I think her name was Jennie oh and she asked me if my order was to go and I responded with yes she threw one of the items in my order in the bag and didn't give me a lid for my esquite. Had to once ask her again. The lid she gave me was not even the correct lid and I was not able to use it after all. At that point I felt ignored and honestly even uncomfortable and decided to stop asking her for additional items I was missing. Which defeats the purpose of her question of asking me if the order was to go. I then decided to simply walk out because she made me feel like I was a bother. I'm a big fan of La michoacana but, would like my experience to be better next time! Step it up michoacana smh

They need to find a different way to clean this place, it always spells like fabuloso a very strong cleaning liquid, I bought a large tostilocos and you can even taste the fabuloso liquid in the tostilocos, it was disgusting.

Worst experience ever ! The manager is very rude ! She is even ruder to her employees ! She is like really really unprofessional ! I came in to get one ice cream for my son and one esquite for myself , my son points out a hair in his Cookie Monster ice cream ! How nasty is that !!!!!! I spoke to the manager and she didn't even want to replace it. The place is run down and disgusting. I'm so upset they have lost a longtime customer. I will take my business to the other Michocana on 47th st. I'm really really upset.

I Was waiting patiently after customers in front of me and my cousin. She is 8 months pregnant about to pop so we were sitting down. Mary finished their order and helped the people who came after we did. When we addressed we were there before them she proceeded to say “the line starts here give me 5 minutes.” I find that very rude we sat there several minutes, obviously we were waiting bec the customer in front had a tasky order. When we called they said she was a manager to call tomorrow for a higher manager so we will do that. Very rude customer service being a manager, micromanaging to customers is crazy!

From the moment you walk in it looks a bit old and run down, but dont let that fool you. The treats they offer are fantastic! The ladies at the front are also friendly. For someone who is new to these delectable treats, I'll make some suggestions that I hope will help. Their Esquite is basically street corn in a cup. It's hot and has the toppings inside (mayo, cheese, butter, etc.). Soooo comforting!Their mangoniada is mango sorbet with chamoy (sauce that is fruity and both sweet and a bit spicy). It contains diced pieces of mango and bits of tamarind that are covered in chamoy (sweet and chewy sort of like gummies). You can also substitute the mango sorbet for lemon or watermelon. They are all equally delicious!Their ice-cream bars taste authentic, recommend the cookies and cream and the Strawberry flavored ones. But the options are incredible. The other treat I recommend is their bionico. It's a fruit salad (Strawberries, melon, papaya, banana, apples, etc.) with their own condensed milk recipe. You can add toppings such as granola, coconut shavings, almonds, sprinkles, raisins. It's fresh and also sweet. The only reason I'm holding back on that last star is the seating, the ice-cream choices are not labeled, and the menu is not always clearly visible. The booths tends to shuffle around, and if you are seated at the entrance it makes it awkward when people go in or out (the door almost hits whomever is seating in that booth). I hope they are able to change or update their booths, update their labels on their ice-creams and have a menu with prices always available instead of a screen that is sometimes turned off.

My kid took me to satisfy my craving for esquites, and they didn't disappoint! I have been having a craving for them ever since I had a delicious one at a restaurant a couple hours from my home. We had some business in Lancaster, so we searched for some out there, and found La Michoacana -- and I always wanted to try it since I saw the store open in the SCV -- so, perfect timing!I have been trying to make them at home in hopes to find the perfect combination of ingredients because I don't have easy access to these types of restaurants in my town. If anyone wants to share the "perfect recipe", I am all ears! Feel free to DM me!Any time I crave them -- and I'm in the area -- I'll definitely be back!

So I went with my kids for a late night snack and there was these two girls working late my girls came back out upset because they were shaming them in Spanish for ordering a few things called them and told them that what they did was wrong and that next time not to speak bad about them in Spanish just because the ordered in English doesn’t mean they don’t understand Spanish very un professional never wasting my money there no more,

For my first time going to this ice cream parlor. Let's start with customer service was terrible she was very rude when I placed my order she charged me $5.50 and only returned five cents with an attitude and no receipt un professional your employees are in need of retraining sincerely Never coming back rather eat at Hawaiian BBQ next door

All three of the female workers that were working had the WORST attitude ever ! They would sigh and just roll their eyes, honestly the place felt dirty too. Never coming back here again!

ESME OSUNA

The girl with ID#N1QZX4NCGD4CA, along with the other girls that work there, have attitudes, Also over charge all the time. I wouldn't recommend for people to come here. Bad customer service, my esquite chips were stale, and the taste I got tasted like suavitel, or Fabulouso, then my esquite had more water than the rest of the ingredient Never again going back to this place.
