I must strongly advise against visiting this establishment, which I regrettably consider the worst I've ever experienced. The sole staff member on duty displayed an appalling lack of courtesy and professionalism. My concerns extend beyond the poor customer service; the questionable sanitary standards are evident from the stale bread that seemingly remains unsold for extended periods. This situation is particularly disheartening given the scarcity of similar establishments in the area. The panaderia, once a community gem, has deteriorated significantly under current management. Furthermore, the pricing is exorbitant – a shocking $4 for merely three bolillos is nothing short of exploitation. Please heed my warning: avoid this place to spare yourself a ruined day and a disappointing experience

Been coming here since 1997. Best donuts around. Can’t find anything else to compare. (Both La county and SD) All the bread is closed off so there’s no flies on anything as someone else wanted to complain. Prices are low. The owner has always been a pleasure. He knows his customers by name and makes sure to greet them as they come in. He’ll give a Good Morning nonetheless even if he doesn’t know you. You do have to get there early if you want ‘your pick’ of donuts. Family favorites are the chocolate bars and concha’s!
