This place is ok but kind of ghetto homeless people hanging out. Service is decent pizza as well

Dude was rude. 15 min for a pizza advertised as hot and ready?! Ugh and then the worse part is I seen all the pizzas ready behind him idk if he just wanted to be rude and have me wait or idk

My problem is that the food as much as the fact that no one ever answers the phone, the app doesn't work, and customer service is non-existent. I had to wait 30 mi. for a cheese and a vegetable pizza, and the pepperoni sat in a heater the entire time, making it dried out.

They never answer the phone, they don't pay attention to the orders, I told them without sauce, well it seems like I told them to add the whole bottle of sauce, they put very, very few ingredients and it's really very bad.

Today Friday 07/6/2024 I went to buy some pizza and the man at the front counter was rude
I paid for my food in cash and when I got my change back he gave me a fake $5 .00 dollar bill . I politely advice him that the bill was fake and he refused to give me a real bill . He embarrassed me infront of customer and refused to take back the fake $5 dollar bill . I'll never go back to this location. By the way he was touching money and handling food with out washing his hands ! Disgusting

Charged more than their online price for thin crust. Online stated price for thin crust is 7.99 but went inside to order they charged is 11.99 for thin crust, labeled as custom when it is not. Receipt wasn't given then my husband asked for one and th person ringing up went to the back. Be cautious of them upcharging your food behind your back.

Nobody at the counter! We were standing here for minutes on end. All the employees were heard laughing and gossiping in the back. Worst customer service.

Little Caesars is a very basic pizza place but this one in particular is resoundingly consistent and with the deals in the app you get one of the best prices for pizza and chicken and other items compared to someplace like Costco or Sam's Club where you have to prepare it on your own as a large item. Here it's rather close to a lot of locations and it's well done. It's not exceptional but I don't find anything bad with their pizza and their items here compared to some that have very questionable health standards. This one is quite solid and the employees are middle of the road very helpful and there's nothing wrong.

Ordered 2 pizzas online. Went to the store half an hour later because no e-mail or text message notice. I got to the store asked for my order, the cashier couldn't find it, she most gave to someone else or didn't make it at all. No apologies she asked me if I wanted another one. I was really hungry I had no choice but to wait. Last time here, there is more pizza places.
