First first off they would not allow me to give my bills because they said all the bill for two months my 20s had a little rip in it the next one was wrinkled then I said well let me use my card then I had to sign documents on the computer now I don't know what's going on with that that's new and then the cashier girl took my order did not start the cooking was back there playing with workers running back and forth playing haven't enjoying time I come in 20 minutes later to pick my pizza up they hadn't even started cooking a pizza I waited outside I waited inside I came back my pieces are still not ready I don't understand I know it was a weekend they felt free young kids playing with no adult supervision I usually go there and the pieces nice they don't be too cheerful but the food is good and the weight isn't long but now it's a different story so maybe we should check the people we hire or hire someone to supervise

Oh, Hot-N-Ready, you say? More like Lukewarm and Maybe You'll Get It Before Your Kids Graduate.
I just want to thank Little Caesars for redefining what âreadyâ actually means. Apparently, in their world, âreadyâ means you place your order, stare into the void for 25 to 30 minutes, contemplate your life choices, and maybe, just maybe, walk out with a pizza if the stars align and the oven feels like cooperating.
At this point, I feel like âHot-N-Readyâ is more of a nostalgic fairy tale, like Santa Claus or customer service. Itâs a cute story we tell ourselves as we walk in, wide-eyed and hopeful, only to be met with the soul-crushing reality of an empty display case and a cashier who looks like theyâve seen some things. And letâs not pretend this is just a one-off. No matter which Little Caesars I go to, it's the same scene: a crowd of hangry customers slowly morphing into a support group, bonding over our mutual disappointment and sharing stories of better, faster pizza days.
Donât get me wrong, when the pizza does eventually show up, it still hits. But the whole âhot and readyâ bit? That slogan needs to be retired like an old jersey. Or at least changed to something more honest like âEventually Warm and Hope Youâre Not on a Lunch Break.â So yeah. Come to Little Caesars if you love their food, donât mind waiting longer than it takes to binge-watch a whole episode of The Office, and enjoy standing awkwardly in a corner like youâre waiting for a slow Uber Eats driver.
Bravo, Little Caesars. Youâve made âreadyâ a feeling we chase, not a guarantee.

Close to closing, but still ready to complete orders and provide fresh items to the customers. I was really surprised, so different from other nearby stores; with nothing ready for sale.

They never answer the phone. It takes forever to answer and when they did answer me, Ana answered very rude . No good customer service from she answers âahuh â in the middle of me doing my order I asked a question and she says âhold onâ instead of âcan you give me a secondâ gives the phone to I forgot his name Daren? Derek idk I called back to get his name but hey donât answer. Anyways he gets the phone and says âhow can I help youâ and Iâm like ? I just explained my order why did she transfer me to you? And heâs like âuhhh idk â Iâm assuming because I asked a question? Anyways that was rude and someone needs to teach her how to answer the phone and speak to customers

My problem is that the food as much as the fact that no one ever answers the phone, the app doesn't work, and customer service is non-existent. I had to wait 30 mi. for a cheese and a vegetable pizza, and the pepperoni sat in a heater the entire time, making it dried out.

They never answer the phone, they don't pay attention to the orders, I told them without sauce, well it seems like I told them to add the whole bottle of sauce, they put very, very few ingredients and it's really very bad.
