The staff they have working at this location as of August/September 2024 are the most friendly I've met since before the Pizza Portal was invented, I mean that as a good thing, no disrespect to the Pizza Portal, but it seems like the human element was lost. Not here, dude was so genuinely friendly I thought he was messing with me for a second, but no! He was happy to help! What a concept!

PS: Little Caesars, do more to get your Pineapple Pepsi out there,...

The pizza was good and fresh but their customer service needs work. Me and 3 other customers stood in line for 5 mins. (Maybe more) while the 2 ppl working in the back just stood around laughing and talking like we weren't waiting in line for someone to say, "Hi, can I help you?" It took for me to get their attention and ask if my pizza was ready for one of them to come and assist us.

I've come in here before and it's usually really clean , and then there was today, it was obvious nobody knew how to clean as the employee walks over the trash all over the floor. The service was poor as the employee was more interested in finishing his text before handing me my receipt, all around just poor all the way around from the people in the back talking all loud and laughing to the person in the front texting as the number 1 priority in life will not come back...
