The chicken was tasted very bad too greasy too dry dissatisfied. Need to hire a better cook.

Palmdale location is the best. Friendly staff, location is clean . Visited the Lancaster location and it was bad. The menu is different the staff didn't know how to apply my points.

I like everything about this place except the cleanliness on the outside NOT the inside what I can see and I personally think it should be 2 cooks at a time instead of the one due to the high volume of customers, but for the most part the service and food is great. I only gave the 4 stars due to the two minor things

HORRIBLE ! You tell them you want fresh chicken they put old chicken back in the grease. Chicken hard and rubbery as ever, fries always cold and old SHRIMP AND FISH WAS DISGUSTING this my 2nd time going and same thing never again I could of kept my $42.00

I’m definitely not going back to this location the staff is incompetent. I placed an order for pick-up while on my lunch break from work. I waited the 20-25 mins they said it would take to get my order done. When I show up to pick up my order the cashier was just like oops, I forgot to submit your order. Then asked if I still wanted my order but it would take about an additional 20-25 mins in-total 50 mins when I only have an hour lunch.

The food was so good and the people were so nice and i love there cakes, wings, drinks and fries they are so delicious😛👍

Just had Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken for the first time. I had the 15.99 special, which includes 2 fish filets, 2 pieces of chicken, 8 shrimp, a side, and a piece of Hawaiian bread. The food was so good and fresh. I absolutely loved it. I give it a 10 for sure. A must try if you haven't done so already. The service was great as well. I am so happy to have this in our neighborhood. Until next time which I hope will be soon.
