Food was mediocre. This is the first KBBQ place ever where the the Bulgogi was not good. Was hardly marinated. Was not sweet like it usually is. Only think I liked about the salad bar was that I didn't have to ask for radish paper cuz we eat alot of it. Kimchi Tasted odd to me. It was very dark in there. I had to use My flashlight on my phone to see the grill clearly. Servers were nice but came around very few times for it not being busy at all. They had the robot to bring your meat.For the price tag this place is very low quality. I'm sure its because it's the only all you eat kbbq In Lancaster. I'd rather take the time to drive down the LA the get better quality for the same price

Today I paid about $70 dollars (2 people) and I can say that the food was terrible, the meat looked and tasted like when the meat is spoiled, poor refrigeration, regarding the shrimp they were dirty, I left wanting to vomit from the place. Terrible place, it looks dirty, I don't recommend this place at all, super disgusting ??

It was okay. Definitely not up to par with the quality and vibe of places im used to in Koreatown and other parts of LA. The meat was okay and it was very quiet inside. They have robots that deliver your food to the table which is cool but it's a bit difficult to get ahold of a person sometimes if they aren't walking through the restaurant. Very chill spot though, I just wouldn't go back.

If I could give a place 0 stars I would. They have the worst customer service. I walk in, tell the waitress table for 2, she tells me wait in my car until she gives a call. 40 minutes goes by, no call, we walk in since they close in 20 minutes thinking what the hell, then they said they called... there's no call history what's so ever. Then they proceed to tell us we could sit down, but only have 14 minutes to eat... we caught them in the lie too because "the line was busy" when they supposedly called us. No iPhone says that... So now I wasted all this damn time when my fatass could've been eating something.

The lying staff told me it would be a 20 minute wait and said to wait in my car, I came in after 40 minutes and they told me that they had called and would be closing soon so they couldn't seat me. They did not call me, I contacted my provider to ensure that I hadn't received a phone call. I used to love coming here, but the customer service is awful now. I will make sure that my office never brings them business again. I will personally make sure that all my peers and friends know this as well so they do not get treated the same.

Service is sometimes quick, sometimes it takes a while but very attentive when you ask for a waiter. This was the go to spot for my friends and I all through high school even post-high school. You never can go wrong with Korean BBQ

First time here and enjoyed some Korean bbq. It has that old downtown urban sort of feel yet almost like I was walking into my relatives house in Hawaii. I don't know how they accomplished that but it felt old downtown. Great service I think one of the best Korean bbq places that frequently change your grill. They are on top of it and we appreciated their attentive service. They have an outstanding wait staff here. Making our celebration time enjoyable. Meats arrive on a robot server, so fun. Salad bar is in the center of the restaurant with more than just salad. There's gyoza, veggie tempura, dipping sauces, glass noodles, seaweed salad, actual salad lol, various pickled vegetables, giant tray of Kim chi, daikon, broccoli, green beans, radish wraps and fruits. Ayce bbq option was such a treat for our hungry men. Definitely a great place to visit when you're sticking to pure protein. As for the others our appetites weren't as ravenous. The choices that they had for entrees were excellent and comes with a visit to the salad bar. The soufflé egg could use some help. There's a lot of quantity but could adjust the quality but the price was unbeatable. Giant portions I couldn't finish my whole plate. I would come back for a second visit to try some new things but definitely all with Kim Chi!

The food is terrible, the steam egg taste like a cardboard bo. The sauces have a weird taste to it. They don't have regular broccoli it's pickled broccoli like what? You should have broccoli and cheddar, I will never attend this place again. Don't waste your money at all. I normally eat a good amount but one round of this was enough

The food is mediocre at most. The salad bar is really not that great. The tables and booths are old and weathered. The robot that brings you your food is cool. Overall, it is overpriced food that is bland. You are mostly paying for the experience than the food itself.

I found a hair on the meat! So disgusting silverware dirty ? chairs in pity condition ?Floor dangerous wet and horrible.The presentation of the salad bar is miserable ? and is too expensive for poor quality ? The only nice thing in this place is the robot .The concept of this business is great!

Gyozas here are amazingly addicting, other than that not much else to say but I did get the pineapple soju and didn't really get a buzz from it which was strange, service is just fine and the decor/seating arrangements are fine too
