Went to eat here a while back was contemplating writing a review. We found a hair in the food barely ate 2 bites and they said unfortunately they couldn’t refund that item since we already touched it. Did they expect me to still take it home and eat it after finding a hair? He didn’t even offer to remake it. Not sure what their policy is but instead they gave us 10% off our meal for the inconvenience

Food was pretty great, in terms of the taste, it was pretty great, could use some little bit of improvement but overall it’s not bad
The gyudon bowl tasted pretty good albeit a little dry but it was good enough for its price
The tempura was a little floury but overall it’s pretty decent so overall I would rate about 4/5
I’ll definitely drop by here every now and then when I’m around the East Palmdale area

Not a good ramen, the portion is so small for $13. The broth tastes like water with a little bit of spice. Me and my brother used to eat here 3 years ago and it was a little bit better, what a disappointment.
