Service is ok. Atmosphere is nice. food is pathetic. All 4 and higher stars are from Non Indians . The average rating from Indians would be probably one or 2 stars. We ordered roti, gulab jamun , biryani and muglai chicken. Biryani was like pulao. Hushed up rice mixed with vegetables. Chicken was soft but felt like chicken and gravy were 2 separate entities. Gulab jamun was nice. Lowest spice level was like totally bland, no spices at all.

This is truly the worst Indian restaurant I have eaten in. The food is really horrible and is a misrepresentation of actual Indian food. People who have never eaten Indian food would come to this restaurant and get a misrepresented taste of what actual Indian food is like. We are ethnic Indians and this food definitely was not cooked by an ethnic Indian chef. The biryani we ordered was far from proper. It was, in essence rice with frozen vegetables. Even the menu had biryani spelt wrong. We also ordered garlic naan and kulcha, both of which never seemed like actual naan or kulcha. The bhindi fry had absolutely no flavor and had a boat load of tamarind in it. Advice to the management: Hire a proper Indian chef, and cook authentic Indian dishes.

I can't stop talking about this place! My son and I tried the Palmdale Mahli's twice now and was pleasantly surprised by the differences from the Lancaster location. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted kindly by staff. The restaurant chairs are much more comfortable and the lighting is more ambient. It was nice for a lunch time meal. As soon as you are seated, the staff brings you iced water with cucumber and complimentary lentil soup. My son wasn't a fan of the lentil soup, but I really enjoyed it. We ordered the samosas, mango naan, chicken curry, and the tea. The meal was amazing! The tea is piping hot but the flavor is my absolute favorite!! Its creamy and so delicious. My son ordered a mango Lassi togo and it was the perfect sweet treat for after our meal. Overall, the wait staff is way more attentive and friendly. Be sure to grab some of the little sprinkle candies on the way out. They are a candy coated licorice and are a perfect sweet crunch as you walk to your car. Go check them out!

We bought some Chicken Biriyani and Lamb Biriyani today, I got to say it is THE MOST worst food of all times that I have eaten in my life. The food is simply ready made food or fast food. Simply not fit human consumption at all. I will never go there again. To add to that the cost was $34 in total. Simply not worth it. Frozen foods taste better than that and for those what a Biriyani is, this would be a real insult in the first place. I do not recommend it at all.

Flavor, flavor, flavor. You've got to try the Samosas! I was pleasantly surprised and will be back for more. The Chicken Tikka Masala was on point and the Mango Chicken with medium heat... just OMG. You gotta stop here for your next middle eastern craving.

Warm welcome and very friendly staff, they will help you to choose your dish, atmosphere is great. But the main thing FOOD is not good not even OKAY! I ordered a chicken and a lamb item, both were pre cooked, not fresh. Tastes like Pre boiled chicken cut into pieces and soaked in sauce, that’s it!! No authentic flavor. Lamb was tough to chew ! Both items smell stale. With their awesome service By improving their food taste and quality it could be a nice place to try Indian cuisine.

I heard good things about this place but honestly regret going. I didn't think the food was bad just nothing special and not at all worth it to me. Every item needed salt which I'm not use to thinking Indian food as bland and lacking on taste. I think the service left a lot to be desired. All and all I would not recommend.

My girlfriend went inside to order and got cat called by the employees. Stay away from that place. Made her very uncomfortable.
