We ordered a pizza and a hoagie for delivery today and these mutha suckas brought me a pizza that they didn't cut
I had a phone interview that they set up and their automated chat bot kept reminding me. I was ready and they never called.
My 2 pizzas got delivered and they look like multiple pizzas were put together to make them. Pizzas are supposed to be round and these were all different sizes not even close to round. Worst presentation. Looks like they are pulling a chuck-e-cheese and recycling old pizzas.

The driver didn’t give my daughter her salad. We called right away and the driver was supposed to turn around and get it to us. No one comes, so then we called and they said they’ll have one sent out. After waiting over an hour with no salad, we called back and all they have to say is “sorry, here’s a credit for the salad.” So now my daughter doesn’t have dinner. And it’s too late because she has to get to bed for soccer the following day. Don’t order delivery.
The app doesnt help, its slow and outdated. I feel like im ordering pizza from 2012 app. UI is terrible. Slow to update on email and in app. Horrible.
Rude manager. My order was 20 min past when it was supposed to arrive, so I called and was on hold 5 min. When I finally spoke to the manager, he stated the delivery person took the wrong pizza. When asked why no one called he said, we are busy. When I asked if I would be expecting some type of credit for it taking double the delivery time he said I can give you a refund, but then you won't get your pizza. I was so shocked by this. I will never order here again. Terrible Custer service and they didn't bring the sauces I ordered.
Good evening, i hope your Holidays were a lot better than the service we received just a minute ago. We ordered two pizzas for delivery. The PEPPERONI MAGNIFICO and a Sausage Magnifico with an Orange Crush from the location Battle Bridge location. We did not realize they were using door dash as a delivery service, however when the delivery driver came, he only had one pizza. He stated that was all that was given to him. We immediately called the store and spoke to someone who must have been the manager. He placed blame on the delivery driver, stating that he should have received everything. The delivery driver was a vegan . Then stated he did not eat pizza and was only provided with one pizza. The manager paused asked if we could come pick the rest of the order up. Now if I wanted to pick my order up, we would never asked for delivery. So we asked the driver to go back and get the rest of the order and the manager acted as if we were doing a disservice for asking for what we paid for. We order from this location all the time. When i go in the store, normally it's good service but lately it seems they have lowered the bar when it comes to customer service and the treatment of the customers. They have lost a customer at that location until changes are made. No way should a manager ask a customer to come pick up a delivery order, especially when the order went out incomplete the first time. Great service would have been to deliver the order or provide a discount for the inconvenience.

This place is unbelievable it's the Marco's in Jeffersontown KY the food was horrible the service was even worse I even seen one of the girls there put her hands down her pants and and scratched her a* * hole then just start making more pizza. They do not wear gloves. One of them even got smart with my son.. I mean I about lost it in this place. If you look at reviews nobody has nothing good to say at all about This place not to mention they even made my order wrong. By that time I was over it and told them just give me my money back. There was people waiting on food there that said they had been waiting over an hour Anyway steer clear from this horrible place. Never again. Worst place I have ever been in my entire life and I'm 53 years old I'm sure they will be out of buisness here real soon.

I always have a good experience coming here . It is a very good pizza place I have gone 4 times already I'm loving it a lot . The prices are pretty good but I do wish that the prices were on the paper as well . Their service is very good and very friendly as well .

the notifications related to the completion of your pizza are a lie. you are told your pizza is ready but it's not and it takes substantially longer to actually get it. even if you order ahead for a specific time you don't get it as promised. the store says there's nothing they can do about the false notifications which seems weird
I’ve been coming here for months & I bring my service dog with vest on along with me. Today was the first day the guy behind the counter stared at me waiting to see my dog & if he had a vest on. The guy handed my order to me & proceeded to walk back but stopped at the little opening between the counter & where the employees go to eye ball my service who was just politely sitting there.
Don’t make it obvious or just ask the appropriate/legal questions otherwise I take offense.

Ordered 2 pizzas for party online. They were promised at 4:03 pm. Arrived at 4:03 pm and told they were in oven. I patiently waited untill 4:20 pm and inquired were my pizzas were. They said one of two had been skipped. They gave me someone elses at my order was 19 minutes late. Really poor service. Plus person who was going in was going to have to wait for their pizza since they gave me theirs. Not coming back. Pizza not that good to get bad service.
