So I called today at 2:28pm to order food for dine in. The reason why is because they always take at least an hour for food to come out when you dine in so I figured I ordered ahead of time. so by the time I get there the food could have been ready. The lady on the phone said it was going to be ready in 25min. I got to restaurant around 2:55pm. They were not busy. And my food was not ready. I sat down. And I looked at my going and it was already 3:15pm. All I ordered was 4 pupusas and a pollo asado. When my food came out. I started eating the rice and beans and left the chicken last. When I started eating the chicken it was so dried out. Mind you the lady didn’t even check on me once to even ask if my food was good. I sat there up until 3:40pm. With no acknowledgment. So I decided to get up and pay for my bill. I told the lady I’m not paying for the chicken. It’s not the first time something like this happens. The girls there always have a stank face and worst customer service. Never again will I step in there.

I love this restaurant, the most authentic Salvadoran restaurant in the AV. They have deals on different days of the week. The place is always clean, the staff is kind and always recognizes my family. The pupusas, horchata, tamales, the authentic salvadoran desserts are the reasons I keep coming.
Breakfast was served cold and wrong, atol de elote tasted more milky than corn, customer service awful, very disappointed, first and last time
This place is the best to come and enjoy your breakfast. The service is excellent. The owner is really kind and helpful. He helps you out on anything.
The wait time for 2 pupusa was over 40 mins
Delicious authentic Salvadoran food! Definitely coming back. Everything was delicious and brought back some pupusas 🫓 for dinner 😋

Martha’s Tipicos is the place to eat Salvadorean Cuisine! The food is delicious and fulfilling. The service is elite and the atmosphere is pleasant with good vibes! It has become a family favorite especially on Thursdays for the bomb Pupusa special!

Prices aren’t updated on the website. I ordered over the phone to pick up and I was not given a price over the phone. I ordered the Chile Relleno Con Carne De Puerco y Vegetales without a drink and on the website it says $13.50. I went to pick it up and I was charged $16.50. (Technically $17.53 because the up charge for using card). The item I ordered wasn’t even on the menu signs at the restaurant in person only online, so was it a made up price? Please update the website accordingly because when people are wanting some yummy Salvadorian food , a lot of people go on the internet to search for local restaurants and you guys were the first ones to pop up on google.
