The food was mediocre. I ordered pupusas revueltas y pastelitos de carne (beef). The service was horrible. I called to let them know that I had the incorrect order of pastelitos. The lady on the phone didn't acknowledge the mistake instead she said that their beef looks like chicken due to the tomato sauce. I kept telling her this is definitely white meat and I even found a stick in my food but she didn't care. Basically she just apologized that I didn't like their food but in no way any attempt to correct or redo my order was made. They lost a customer for good! Horrible customer service. I'll stick with Nena's in Lancaster. Better customer service and pupusas. I'm very confused with all the rave reviews about this restaurant. Totally disappointed

Always fantastic! Don't be swayed by some of the low reviews. Yes, sometimes they take a little while to bring out your food. So don't come if you're in a rush. But it takes a while because the food is made to order so it is always fresh. So it is COMPLETELY worth it if you have the time. Food is always awesome! They have the best pupusas out of the countless places that I have tried in the AV. The Revueltas being my favorite. The feel of the restaurant is cozy and relaxed. My Mom and I eat here almost every weekend and it's always one of the highlights of the weekend. 5 STARS.

OMG I WAITED 90 minutes for an order of 8 pupusas , another lady 2 hours , this is unacceptable. Thursdays are the 1/2 off day and they only had one person preparing them , at least have enough staff to help cook . Or be honest with the wait time . They were overwhelmed with so many orders and were losing track of things . The food is good , curtido good but the salsa tasted like V8 . I recommend you call in your order a few hours before you actually want to eat . They need to step it up , there are literally pupusas on every corner here .

The best in town I tried others and none compare . Tipicos Marta are delicious pupusas and the plátano frito with frijoles fritos is so yummy !!! I recommend this place and the waitress are friendly .

I love this place so much! The prices are good for what and how much you no matter the plate and the food is amazing. It’s definitely handmade which is what makes it great, wait is relatively quick, and the staff is really nice.
