Horrendously understaffed. Expect to wait a long time. Don't even bother with walk-ins unless you have 30min to kill just standing around, they don't care or are literally too few employees that they're running around so much they're unable to even mind the til, let alone help any poor seniors with their stupid kiosks to place an order. Dining room was also a mess. Too little staff, no one available to clear tables. And they literally turned away two people who came in to inquire about a job at that specific location. Absolutely embarrassing.

We've been to this McDonald's 2 days in a row. We were trying to buy a macchiato. The first day we were in line and they skipped us and chose the opposite car. There are two lanes at this one. When we were finally helped. We were told they didn't have the cream for the macchiato. The second day there were four people in the right hand lane and one in the left. There was a gentleman sitting on the left lane asking for money or food or something and that's why everybody went in the right lane. We decided to go on the left lane so we were the second car in line versus four other cars. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting for them to get us. They didn't get the right lane either. I turned around and noticed they had lost out on three cars and while we were sitting there another car pulled up and then drove away so they lost five cars worth of business. They ended up taking the other car before us even though we had been sitting at the speaker. I don't understand how they can get paid so much money to not be able to ever do a job properly. I just looked up a job. They're offering $20 an hour for a McDonald's team member.

Burgers were plain we asked for onions and pickles we got neither wait was a little long.
This location is always understaffed during the day time! The wait is too long,almost 30 minutes. The store is clean. A customer dining in, had a child with her who almost peed her pants waiting for the staff to give the code to the restroom. They need to do better!

Hands-down, the worst McDonaldâs I have been to in many years and I donât say that based on one visit, this location continually has slow inconsistent service the few times Iâve been here it shouldnât take 30 minutes to make two happy meals. It seems like drive-through orders take precedence over everything else.. during this visit there were people coming from the drive-through to the dining room to get their order because the drive-through was taking too long. I donât know how this particular location is so much different than the much busier location on Rancho Vista that seems to have even less staff yet manages to run well.

Maybe an online order on the app due to wait times always being long. It took my order 1 hour and 30 minutes to be ready. All I order was fries, 6 piece chicken nuggets and a McChicken. The wait times here are horrible.

This is the slowest fast food joint Iâve ever experienced. 20 min for food. If youâre in the drive thru, it looks like youâll be fine. But if youâre dining in so youâre kid can play in the play area, youâre looking at 20 min, at least. No leadership or a manager that seems to have any pride or sense of work ethic. Good luck if you have to go back to get a straw, napkin or ketchup. Your food will be ice cold by the time someone gets to you. The only way to be this awful is if youâre purposely trying. This place must be managed by Satan.
