Neither one of their drive thru menus are legible. Been like this for months. Looks like sun damaged, you would think with all the money they make they would fix them. Always have a hard time getting order right and have to drive back

I live way too far away from this place and dont normally go here. I ordered here tonight and was given the wrong food. Unfortunately I didnt check before leaving, shame on me. When I called them and explained its too a far a trip just to get my order corrected with no compensation for their mistake, I was told I can bring it in or not. I ordered something specific as there are somethings on the menu I just dont like. A mcrispy combo, medium, with added cheese on the chicken. Instead of making a compensation, the person on the phone hung up on me. They have since cut their phone line so I cant call again.
Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had at a mcdonalds and I usually eat there 5 times or more a week. Probably wont now.

I was surprised that it took over 30 minutes for the food to be ready. The lady with our food went around asking random people, “is this your food?” Our number was at the edge of the table. We were right next to her asking “is it our number?” Her response was, “sorry I didn’t look at the number.” It’s very sad to see this happen.

I ordered on the app, it would have been faster to go though the drive thru as I sat in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes. I would have hopefully received better product. The drinks were watered down and the fries were cold, only the fish sandwich was warm. Very disappointing

I went to get food here they took 45 minutes to give me my order and they forgot to give me the ketchup and buffalo sauce burger had everything when specifically order with no tomatoe my fries were all over the bag you don’t have cashiers what takes soooo long
