How are you going to have Milkshakes available on the app and then tell me you have no milkshakes at all when I come pick up my order. That's is horrible if I wouldn't have known I would have gone somewhere else !! Not a happy customer today.

I had a delivery order where the workers forgot my drinks but included a cup holder and straws..no drinks. Trying to call back to get a refund and I’ve been put on hold for half hour with no one wanting to help me. Do better. Will be speaking with general managers about this
