This location is not senior friendly , yesterday 12/30/24 we saw an older lady ask for help on ordering since she didn't know how to use the kiosk and after no one going outside to help her and her husband started walking out the store, my mom went to the manager to tell her they were leaving because they needed help ordering and she shrugged it off saying it was ok. They should employ more people to help those older guests made us not want to go there anymore.

Worst customer service I've received i went through the drive thru ordered a happy meal with extra fries opened my box no fries honestly how do you forget to put the fries in the box drive thru was so packed first of all so I had to drive around again spend another 20 mins in the drive through told the manager about it and instead of apologizing and giving me the fries she questioned me and looked at me like I was lying why would I lie about fries. Next time for the inconvenience just give the customer large fries I spend 40 mins in total for a dam happy meal. Happy Holidays mcdonald's!
