I mostly go to McDonald's for there Fillet Fish sandwiches. Love that warm bun and tartar sauce. The service is through the kiosk, which can be time consuming. Atmosphere is pleasant. I noticed that kids enjoy interacting with the games. What I've noticed also when dealing with the kiosk, if you're paying cash your order is not started until the cashier comes up. I normally use a debit card at the kiosk but I happened to have enough money in my pocket. I wasn't able to deposit money through the kiosk so I had to wait for a cashier. Bad ideal when it's busy.

On the way to LAX with family, all craving for a breakfast meal and they said 10 min wait because the system is rebooting.
Although, understandable. MAJOR inconvenience. Never come here early craving Breakfast. Entire family is disappointed.

So I ordered on line got their told what number I was in after half an hour called them said they would be out in a minute so 15 minutes later they came out . No straws the Big Mac had lettuce and onion on it it was not suppose to they suck.

They forgot one of my burgers and they were not that busy. Did not find out till I got home, service was horrible.
This is the 4th time. You run through the drive through quickly only to be told to park and wait. end up waiting over half an hour for your order

Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They make you park your car for every time for 20+ minutes before they bring you your food, if you even get it. 3 out of the 5 times I have been here, they skipped and forgot my order then told me they can't make it anymore because they stopped serving breakfast even though I ordered it 40 minutes before. My fault for giving this place more chances. Never again. So many bad reviews on here and nothing has changed. That means bad management and poor leadership.
