The food here tastes amazing! The fries, chicken nuggets and burgers are very fresh and delicious! It exceeded my expectations! But I know why there are so many one-star reviews. I went through the drive-thru to be asked to drive around to the front for my food waited at least 15mins and finally when I get home im missing three meals from my order....this site always messes up on orders always missing something I will never come here again and will be contacting corporate office for which I was not given the food I was missing.

I ordered through the app, but the line at the drive through was so slow, it was actually pointless. Then they made me wait 15 minutes for the cookies I ordered for them to not be freshly baked, but instead seemed like something that was sitting around all day. Won't visit here again unless I get amnesia.

Just don’t come here they make you wait forever especially if you have like a couple orders and they make you wait in the front for over 10 to 20 minutes plus if you have any codes and you try to wait 15 or 20 minutes to use it again they tell you oh it doesn’t work so don’t come here

Gave me the wrong sandwich , plus they gave me eaten food just because they were too lazy to make the food plus various times I’ve done curbside and they never bring out my food I always have to go inside because they forget to take out the food or they don’t have it done when I’ve been waiting for more than a hour. They always forget to give me food also when I do finally get my order.I think my last straw was when I was given a bitten hash brown and a completely different sandwich and eaten pancakes that they tried to hide by putting a normal one on top of the eaten one . This place is disgusting !!!!

I'm done with this place they always claim to be out of the current toy for the kids meals and it's a hit and miss with their ice cream machine not working. Now I understand that there is 2 sizes to the mcflurrys but literally 6 m&ms in a mini and being able to see the bottom of the cup because how cheap they are it's just ridiculous food is not cheap so the portions should at least be proper. I mean all I ask is to get what I'm paying for.

Bad service. Employees don’t know what to do things right. I ordered food off of this place and I didn’t get exactly what i ordered. I ordered one large fries and 10 piece chicken nuggets. I only got half the large fry box of fries and 7 piece of chicken nuggets. Never getting food from here.

The employees at McDonald's on 47th and s in Palmdale are a piece of shit, starving. I ordered 2 orders of fries and they only added one, they ate the other order.
Received the most Sloppy, disgusting fish filet all because I wouldn't pull into stall where homeless congregate & knock on window for hand outs. (Is it really necessary if No one in drive thru line but me?, staff say its their policy because of timer) Corporate listen up! I will not put my life in danger for measuring time to get customers in & out) And I do not appreciate deliberate sabotage of squirting enough tarter for 5 to 6 Sandwiches on my bun. Called to complain but they simply could of cared less.

Customers have to wait long time and considering you have to enter the order in a computer supposedly to improve the experience. Since the introduction of self taking order the service went down the drain. And this is in every MCDONALD'S that I have visited everywhere in the. Country. They keep getting rid of people for ineffective computers.
