It takes way too long in the morning to order in the drive thru. No reason it should take 5 minutes to order per car. They keep the second lane blocked off but will have a line wrapped around building. Slow as hell for being fast food

Was ordering dinner for my family the guy taking orders had a little attitude because I keep ordering. Then get my food had asked for no onions on two burgers I only checked one asked him no onion right he said yes no onions I opened the burger had onions asked nicely if he could change it my husband has allergies he said yes comes back with the same one said no onions opened and its the same one with less onions told him and said I'll make you a fresh one mind you it needed to be in the first place the 3rd one was right we noticed he used the same meat because it was hard. Last time coming here

I live a block a way from this McDonalds. I try to avoid it all the time because they will literally make you wait 30min for an ice coffee! lol no joke. I’m sitting here in my car waiting for it. ? ? ?. I should have gone to Starbucks in the long line, it would have been faster.

Horrible service. I come to this place every morning and literally wait 20-30 minutes to be served and I’m always the only one in there. This is by far the worst McDonald’s in the area but it makes no sense for me to find another McDonald because of my time constraints. However, Staff here are extremely incompetent and horribly slow. Lastly food seems to always be cold.

Drive thru order was not complete. Even after talking clearly and placing my order one item at a time, they still messed up I had to get out and all they said owell order your missing items. For what I paid I would have been better off going somewhere better. Don't bother coming ways of time and money.

Very bad service. They do not care about the quality of the food. Ordered 2 cheese burgers and they had no pickles also drenched in ketchup. This store needs new management.
Suckiest McDonald's I've been to. They stuffed my fries in the bag so they were smashed and soggy. Maybe they were soggy because they were old fries, don't really know. They were just the worst McDonald's fries I've had. My chicken nugget order had some soft nuggets and some overly crunchy nuggets. Not sure if some of the nuggets were old ones thrown in the fryer again. I don't know what's going on with them. Really disappointed in this McDonald's. Rather drive to the one infront of In n Out on Palmdale Blvd.
