I give 5 stars to their cashiers, the staff who take orders, 5 stars for the flavor of the meat for the asada and tripe tacos. Where I don't give it even 3 stars are the 4 times I went to buy tacos to go, the tortillas and the meat were cold. Good but cold.

This review goes towards a rude cashier. She seemed very annoyed and kept telling people to speak louder when giving their orders. It wasn't anybody's fault but she kept being ride about it and rolling her eyes. One star for poor customer service. The food is alright as I would give it 2 stars, but she brought it down to one.

I've been going here my whole life. I'm not gonna say it's the best tacos I've had but they get the job done! Usually go for a asada burrito and three cabeza tacos with an horchata!

Everything here is delicious and the staff is friendly. The inside is clean and booths are comfortable. However, I would not consider it family friendly because they play explicit music videos on the TV that may not be appropriate for children.Kid-friendliness: May not be kid friendly because of explicit music videos playing on TV in eating area

I never leave reviews often , but after visiting Mi ranchito yesterday I just feel like it's necessary. I haven't gone to this restaurant in years, but I was craving the carne asada nachos. We went up next to order , I said hello to the cashier and she had no response just stood there waiting for us to order. I believe it was a manager since she was wearing a regular purple shirt. Once we placed our order , we walked away to go sit down . Then she says very loudly you need to sign. Maybe you should've said please wait to sign instead of just standing there rudely. I ordered the nachos and they didn't even come with cheese . After years of not going , I don't think I'd return .
Good...just wish more vegetarian options and the option to leave out meat on the door dash

We ordered 2 burritos, 3 carne asada tacos and carne asada nachos. The carne asada nachos tasted disgusting. It must have been the cheese, and I complaint for my friend since he's not much of a complainer. The lady is like "sometimes the cheese tastes different, is runny, or thick." She didn't even include a refund or substitute it with something else. Then we tried using the restrooms. They said in 5 minutes. I went. My friend tried going and they said they were closed. Horrible service all around.

This place is a disgrace to Mexican food. How can you serve food like that and be proud is ridiculous. The tortillas for the quesadillas and mulitas were RAW. Also we got sick from eating here. Steer clear.
