As far as service goes it was great the customer service people and as for the food the web burrito that I ordered was great he helped me pick it the sauce for it and and the nachos that I got were questionable I wish they would have put cheese cheese it is nachos right and the atmosphere it was just no one in there that's all that's cool I still give it a five

Pozale was awful, taste was no where it should be, they specifically asked me if I wanted bones, which I thought was amazing because most places don't even ask, I said no bones, what's in my bowl? Bones. I literally got 2 pieces of hominy. Shame on them.

The truth is, it was a disappointment when I went to eat on 9-10-23,,,I ordered a menu and ate very soon after 1 to take away and with the misfortune that I got 1 cockroach in the food,,,,I think that is something very delicate they should be more careful.

They say I have to order my food before using the bathroom. The other establishments in my Ranchito do not require that. First I go to the bathroom and wash my hands. Better say that you don't like to work. I have been consuming my ranch for years, so don't tell me there are new rules.

The service is awful! I came to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready and wasn't. After being told it would be ready in 5 minutes, I was told 8 minutes later that they were out of chicken. When agreeing to the in stock meat selection I was told it would be a 5-minute wait. As you can guess five minutes turned into an additional 10 minutes. The manager Christina was unempathetic and rude her solution to this was you can leave! Never again poor service!!! Nasty food!

We came to this restaurant. We have a burrito here and nachos the one that does the food was really rude. I don't know her name. I asked her for her name she was really rude and you know what I went over the really nice to tell her about her complain, how bad with nachos she told me I only could put two scoops of meat in there and what she complain at me and talk to me really rude.
