I placed an order online for delivery. The expected delivery time was shortly over an hour. After 90 minutes I attempted to call the store and was on hold and then disconnected twice after 6mins of waiting. I’m contacting my cc for a refund and won’t be going back due to poor service.

Great pizza and very friendly staff also they never stoped cleaning. Highly recommended

It wasn't until after I paid that a message popped up stating it'll be an hour before it's ready. So I did a little shopping and went back 10 mins before it was to be ready. The poor little girl behind the counter had a deer in the headlights look as she very quietly said she could help me. The place was loud, so I had to have her repeat herself several times because I just couldn't hear her. She asked for my name. She couldn't find my order. Then she asked me to spell it. Still couldn't find it. Then she asked me for my phone number. Couldn't find it that way, either. I took out my phone and showed her the confirmation email. She looked at the email, kept typing on her screen and then looked at me, shrugged her shoulders, and said: "I don't know what to tell you. It's not here." Never mind that I paid $40 for something they can't find... that was that for her and thought she was done. Another employee overheard and came over to help, and she was able to locate my order after going to the back for a little bit. Remember I was 10 mins early? It took about 10 mins to sort out the mess. So now I'm on time! Lol I got my pizza. It was cold. And for a $30 pie, you'd think that it would be loaded with toppings. What I ordered was pepperoni and mushroom. Just two toppings. What I got was a cheese pizza with a few pepperonis thrown on and the thinnest mushrooms I've ever seen! Like, tissue paper thin. No joke! Look at the photos. (I'm almost wondering if they pieced this thing together while they were "searching" in the back.) I'm also including a photo from their website describing their pepperoni pizza as "A mountain of our legendary, crispy, curly pepperoni." A mountain they say? I don't even see an ant hill comparing the two pies! (And I don't need it to look exactly like the photo... but dang... it's not even in the same league! I've had more toppings at Little Caesars!) I also ordered the garlic knots, which was what I was most looking forward to. They said they were out of them. Why was it an option to order them if they were out? And why didn't someone call me to tell me they were out instead of making me wait an hour and then... oops! Too bad! So, I've paid for something I'm not getting, and the gal said she will refund my card - card not needed. And it'll take 2-3 business days to reflect in my account. But she didn't move to do that transaction. Instead, she waited on the next person. I doubt I'll see that money back on my card. Also want to note that the tickets were everywhere and several employees were shuffling through them like decks of cards. They obviously can't get it together with their current "system" and really need to rethink things. Another thing they need to rethink is the fact that the counter had no warmer at all. No warming lights, no warning ovens... nothing. So if your pie is sitting on the counter, it's getting cold. And there were several just sitting there. I'm sorry, but even Little Caesars wirh their $7.99 special has them sitting in a warming oven until you get there. Now on to the pizza. It was.... okay. Yes, it was cold. Chewy cardboard-like crust. Sauce was okay. Toppings were too few. And why did it look like it was pieced together by Frankenstein?! I've been watching this restaurant go up... waiting in anticipation... to be totally disappointed. I'll try it again in a few months if it lasts that long to see if they've worked out the kinks. I hope they do because we desperately need a good pizza joint around here! I'm tired of driving to Mount Vernon for my favorite pie at Round Table. Ordered their BBQ at the Ranch pizza. there was supposed to be tomatoes included as one of the toppings which would help make the pizza not so dry. called the store to see if they would offer to remake it for me and they just explained that they just ran out of tomatoes or just didn't cut enough. then went on to explain that it really isn't an important part of the pizza and would effect it's taste. well it was dry and definitely not work $35!!!! very disappointed and won't be back

The food was good. I just needed more of a selection for the buffet.

Great place to hang out, family friendly, beer is always cold!! Place always clean and best of all pizza is delicious...highly recommend

This is a promise I made for the pizza restaurant. A review! I waited for Mountain Mike's on Ave S and 25th st east in Palmdale to open. I extremely happy it finally happened. I got to meet the owner manager. VISH is an awesome purveyor of tasty pizza folks. Try the chicken wings and salad bar to go along with a pizza order. I did a review that spanned from when they open on my FB page and a review on Mountain Mike's. The food is super here, those of you with a growling stomach.

I am glad to finally have tried Mountain Mikes Pizza. It is top tier pizza. The flavor is on point and they are not cheap with the toppings. The service is great and all around a great place to go and hangout with family and friends.

Everyone here is super nice and sweet! From front end cashier to server to the kitchen staff!! Tried it once and since then I’m always coming back, we used to be big domino’s and Pizza Hut fan but now my boyfriend and I this is our spot to come. We love eating inside it’s super clean and the vibes are there with the different channels! We don’t have kids but they have a section for games so that’s cool as well! If you are in the AV area you have to check it out!
