I've been going here for years and I always get a cookie slice which is sooooo good. This time my boyfriend and I wanted to get a cookie cake and we told the lady you can design it however she wanted . It was for no special occasion but this exceeded my expectations. THIS IS SO CUTEE!! YOU GUYS REALLY ATE WITH THIS ONE!!?️?️?️

I think this a new go to spot for some great cookies, and that saying a lot especially since there are a lot of them out there, but i order the semi - sweet chocolate nibbles and the hazelnut and semi - sweet chocolate nibbles and honestly best there is, they were soft with a bit of nice crispy outter texture and the hazelnut were my personal favorite 100% will comeback for those hazelnut chocolate ones, employees were by far the best and were super sweet and helpful in helping to choose and honestly if your on the fence id say give them a go you’ll find that its worth the money and the staff is great all and all first time buying there and wont be my last.

I order a sub and I had a coupon. They called their manager on the phone and informed me they only take the coupon for a select few sandwiches. The one I ordered rotisserie chicken was not one of them. Well the other subway takes the coupon. Oh no the owner doesnt accept coupons. Ok its a franchise so fine. I had it toasted. I get my sandwich When the sandwich maker put my sandwich in the bag it was the wrong sandwich. I had to take it back. “GAS” is not cheap mind you. I informed the workers that I received the wrong sandwich and could they make another. NOPE they had no more provolone cheese. ? Really ok. They said we can make it with another cheese. I said no thank you. I will just take a refund. They inform me that they cannot give refunds and the manager was not there and the owner was unavailable. I mean what the flying flip. I tell them what if I were rolling in from out of town, you want me to come back tomorrow. REALLY. I speak to the manager she gives me the story she hasnt had a vacation or day off in a while, the workers are new and they dont want them giving free sandwiches to their friends. NOT MY PROBLEM. I go back the next day, owner and manager not there. I try the 3rd day manager is there but gives me attitude. We can just make the sandwich over. Are you kidding NO. I want a refund. She calls the owner . ?. Ok so I get the money and I ask to see the receipt she gets an attitude well I give you the money why you need the receipt. I want to take a pic of if because it was lunch I need it for my expense report. She gets nasty. I swear I will never go in there ever again. If I could give this place -10 stars I would.

I ordered 40 and was supposed to get an additional 20 but I was missing 10 and the cookies were soggy and stuck together. For how expensive it is, wasn't worth it in my opinion.

I'm surprised to see that there is not many reviewa for this place. it's one of the oldest places in the mall and deserves to have some spotline shined on it. This place has quality products and I absolutely loved their theme. Their showcase has always been nostalgic and their cookies are amazing. To me Mrs. Fields is nostalgic and should be tried atleast once
