Went to this location the other day. Cookies were so delicious! Warm and moist...yummy! I got peanut butter, sugar, and chocolate chip cookies. Will be back next time I'm at the mall.

I think this a new go to spot for some great cookies, and that saying a lot especially since there are a lot of them out there, but i order the semi - sweet chocolate nibbles and the hazelnut and semi - sweet chocolate nibbles and honestly best there is, they were soft with a bit of nice crispy outter texture and the hazelnut were my personal favorite 100% will comeback for those hazelnut chocolate ones, employees were by far the best and were super sweet and helpful in helping to choose and honestly if your on the fence id say give them a go you’ll find that its worth the money and the staff is great all and all first time buying there and wont be my last.

I agree Bethany L. Horrible place . To get something made . I ask for a custom cookie with basic instructions and how I would like the writing and they failed spelling the name wrong and the style of the writing I asked for and they said "no problem". And they failed to do so. And suggested I buy a whole new cookie. I was running late somewhere and had no more time so I took what they provided me with . And the cookie wasn't fully baked !!! Ruined my kids bday party :( Basking and robbins would never . Last time I ever come here. Rather bake my own cookie from dog shit then eat then come here .

i was very disappointed with the service I received today. If i could rate it a zero i would. I spoke with Quishon the store manger about my order. I had order a small heart shape cookie. At this location, they have a display already made. I asked for the exact same decoration. They advise me to come back the next day for my order. I return back to the location today at 11:30am to pick up my order, and Quishon mentioned they could do the job but that it will take half an hour. I waited patiently, I didn't receive a call or text if it was ready yet so I went to go check on my order. Unfortunately, the employee messed up the cookie twice. They offered to remake it. I saw the employee drop the cookie on the floor then picked it up and retry on the same cookie. Very unsanitary and disgusting. (this is their third attempt.) The manger apologized and told me she can have it ready at 3pm when the next coworker clocks in. When I returned AGAIN, they unfortunately messed up the cookie AGAIN! I was very unhappy and unsatisfied they could not fulfilled my expectations. The cookie looked nothing like the display, it was ugly. I specifically explained it to her how i wanted a Bad Bunny design and she guaranteed me they could do it. The employee lied and said the display was sent from corporate when the manger said one of her employees did it at the store. She offered to refund me but I couldn't keep the cookie. I was very upset that it took 5 attempts and I had to return to the store twice. It was a waste of my time and money! This ruined my Valentine's Day plans. The least she could do is offer me a free cookie for the inconvenience and refund. Quishon was very rude and unprofessional. Her employee, a male rolled his eyes at me and demanding me to order a bigger cookie! Overall, horrible experience. I've contacted Mrs.fields inc corporate office via email regarding my complaint. DON'T BUY COOKIES FROM MRS.FIELDS I DO NOT RECOMMEND FROM THIS LOCATION!

The ownership changed recently I think and the cookies taste fresh and good again. They got rid of those old cheap owners that kept the freezer burned old cookies.

I order a sub and I had a coupon. They called their manager on the phone and informed me they only take the coupon for a select few sandwiches. The one I ordered rotisserie chicken was not one of them. Well the other subway takes the coupon. Oh no the owner doesnt accept coupons. Ok its a franchise so fine. I had it toasted. I get my sandwich When the sandwich maker put my sandwich in the bag it was the wrong sandwich. I had to take it back. “GAS” is not cheap mind you. I informed the workers that I received the wrong sandwich and could they make another. NOPE they had no more provolone cheese. ? Really ok. They said we can make it with another cheese. I said no thank you. I will just take a refund. They inform me that they cannot give refunds and the manager was not there and the owner was unavailable. I mean what the flying flip. I tell them what if I were rolling in from out of town, you want me to come back tomorrow. REALLY. I speak to the manager she gives me the story she hasnt had a vacation or day off in a while, the workers are new and they dont want them giving free sandwiches to their friends. NOT MY PROBLEM. I go back the next day, owner and manager not there. I try the 3rd day manager is there but gives me attitude. We can just make the sandwich over. Are you kidding NO. I want a refund. She calls the owner . ?. Ok so I get the money and I ask to see the receipt she gets an attitude well I give you the money why you need the receipt. I want to take a pic of if because it was lunch I need it for my expense report. She gets nasty. I swear I will never go in there ever again. If I could give this place -10 stars I would.

Not only do they look beautiful they taste great! They are a bit pricey depending on what you get but the designs are cute and the workers are nice!

I ordered 40 and was supposed to get an additional 20 but I was missing 10 and the cookies were soggy and stuck together. For how expensive it is, wasn't worth it in my opinion.

I'm surprised to see that there is not many reviewa for this place. it's one of the oldest places in the mall and deserves to have some spotline shined on it. This place has quality products and I absolutely loved their theme. Their showcase has always been nostalgic and their cookies are amazing. To me Mrs. Fields is nostalgic and should be tried atleast once
